A longer screw is needed for the back (screws included didn't work for the back of the wine glass rack). A drill was required and a cross brace for the sides would be preferred for stability. Also when attaching wine glass rack to the top, because it has a double layer, screws had to be put in from beneath rather than top down as in attaching wine racks together. Packaging was good. All arrived in good condition.

Wine rack carton arrived in good condition. Wasn't quite prepared for the "some assembly required" issue but was ok. Yes, used a nail gun. Trying to hammer nails by hand would have been an exercise in frustration. Couple of the pieces split when nailed due to grain in wood. Had to glue and clamp to repair. Rack works fine, pretty much what I expected.

We purchased three redwood wine racks from Wine Cellar Innovations in Cincinnati, Ohio and we are veru pleased with them. The kits were delivered on time and easy to assemble as long as you have a pneumatic brad nailer. We especially like the 15 degree 8 wine bootle display shelf that we highlighted with rope lighting. The sales staff were very helpful in designing our wine cellar and helping us pick out the 160 bottle wine racks.

I purchased a kit from Wine Cellar Innovations. The kit used different styles of racks and a serving area and was floor to ceiling. Each section of the kit was individually packaged with very explicit instructions on how to construct the unit. The wood was of excellent quality and I had no difficulty in following the directions including safely attaching the final unit to a back wall of the cellar. Finally, the agent who helped me initially with the dimensions of the entire unit and its components was excellent and very tolerant of my explanations. The unit matched exactly what we had spoken about .

Purchased the Traditional Series - Premium Unstained Redwood racks back in November 2014. Ordering process couldn't have been easier and my shipment arrived earlier than expected. All pieces and parts arrived undamaged. Received emails confirming my order, delivery, and if necessary how to return any items for whatever reason. Installation was made easier by using a nail gun. I purchased a Traditional Redwood Wine Rack from WineCellarInnovations.com to store wine and craft beer. Some wine racks cannot accommodate the craft beer bottles. I am very pleased with the rack and highly recommend these racks. Wine Cellar Innovations shipped the rack quickly and it was received in good condition. The design and materials are first rate. Since I did not have a nailer available, I predrilled holes for the nails and used a wood glue to provide additional strength. Excellent value.

I am happy with the wine cellar I recently assembled. Wine Cellar Innovations provided good advice on which wood is the best to have, and the website has very good information to plan your own cellar. Their prices when on sale are the best that I could find online. I was missing one piece of wood (stabilizer) and I called them and received it two days later for free. The products are also very good, pretty easy to assemble if you have or get a finish nail gun.
