MY shipment showed delivered but the tracking info on fedex was incomplete and we never received the shipment. We contacted customer support and Gabriel took charge of managing us thru the process. It was a bit unclear as exactly what had happened but in the end the company came through and replaced the missing case of wine. While more than a bit frustrating Gabriel kept us informed and worked thru the red tape on his end to our complete satisfaction. I felt like my long time standing as a loyal customer was rewarded.
