I was worried that we were going to be getting a duplicate shipment since I had two emails this morning saying two different orders were being prepared for shipping. We had received one of those orders days ago. I didn’t want it duplicated! She was able to assure me that only our regular order was being shipped.

Excellent customer service when I forgot to make changes to my order.

I recently ordered 12 bottles of wine with the understanding that these were available for a 40% discount. I only received a 20% discount plus a $20 discount that I did not understand. I was supposed to have used the code "Memorial26", which I don't think I did. The man on the phone today made me whole by issuing me a credit for the discount I missed out on because of my error. This is one of the reasons I have been a WINC customer for so many years. They go out of their way to make their customers happy. Thank you for your excellent customer service!

WINC provided excellent wines to me over the COVID SEASON! I’ve enjoyed their wines since then. I had a problem once with a damaged delivery, and WINC gave $25 off my next order. Customer service is available 24/7 and those who assist are efficient and polite - striving to provide the most excellent customer service possible. Thank you WINC!!
