Ordered a trench coat which took 2 weeks to arrive. That wasn’t the problem but made me aware that it wasn’t coming from the uk. The coat wasn’t made of the fabric i was expecting and it was at least 2 sizes too small. The quality was ok. The problem was their returns policy. On the website it states easy returns but on requesting a return it was soon apparent that wasn’t going to be the case. The first email from their customer service was an offer of 15% refund and keep the unwanted item instead of sending it back to Asia. The 2nd email was an offer of 25% refund or 100% store credit. The 3rd email was an offer of 30% refund. On refusing this their final offer was 40% refund or return to China which could take several weeks to process a full refund and i had to provide a tracking reference. In the end i disputed the payment with my bank and am trying to contact trading standards to report their website as misleading.

Poor quality item, goods take ages to arrive (from China) and the returns process is frustrating and lengthy. Have to pay international shipping to Asia. Offered a 20% refund or a credit note. Will definitely not be buying from them again.

Like everyone else who thought they were buying from a London company.These low life Wilson&Carter-London are a Chinese based company using Item pictures that are the same has Temu .The items are like rags who nobody would dream of wearing.Coning people with no hassle returns within 30 Days ,Lies.These low life don’t tell you the item is coming from China and the cost of returning has to be paid for by the buyer even when you didn’t order from China.Don’t waste your time you won’t get anywhere.People are been scammed every day through this website and nothing seems to be done.Why banks don’t do more to stop them paying money into these scammers accounts beats me.Customers must be claiming on chargeback every day. Why aren’t banks trying to protect customers. Looking at their site it looks like they started 2026 . I will be claiming chargeback and it has certainly put me off trusting any site that I don’t know.With Ai coming we will not be able to take anything has the truth ,no pictures nothing buying and trusting a company will loose business all round. It looks like the best way to avoid this is buy only British companies that you can actually speak to on the phone to check out where they are.China don’t have laws to protect us. I asked Temu if they could help stop these Chinese scammers ,with them using their photos to con people.Also that Temu are so big.I don’t think they will help.You feel like you have lost faith in the human race.What’s this world coming to.

Please stay away from Wilson and Carter. The product I ordered took weeks to arrive and was nothing like the images on the website. Terrible quality dress. Completely different from the images. Looked awful. Thin poor quality fabric. Very bad stitching. I am now emailing every few days asking for a refund. The company does not respond to my emails.

Wish I'd read the reviews before ordering, have just had a pair of £40 'corduroy' trousers arrive and honestly I wouldn't give you a £1 for them, elasticated waist and made out of some incredibly cheap polyester material, direct from China, don't buy anything from them, it's a con.

The shop is based in China .. All products are the same from Shein or Temu much cheaper than this sh#t.. Don't buy ! Returning stuff is impossible .. Making big issues . Never, ever this shop !

Dodgy fake company. I did receive my order, clearly from China. It was way too small despite the size so I wanted to exchange or return it. After the first reply which was clearly AI generated I never heard from them again despite reaching out numerous times to arrange the exchange or return. Trying to get the refund from my credit card company. Do not buy from this place, you will regret it!
