I ordered a pair of cargo shorts for my husband. The picture on your website looks absolutely nothing like the shorts that I received. They are of exceptionally poor quality material and I doubt would fit a 12 year old let alone a grown man. Emails go unanswered and you are deliberately misleading customers. It’s shocking, shame on you.

This Co. clearly do not operate from the shores of the UK. They do not comply with the standard UK returns policy. Sent me the wrong unmarked size and wanted to charge me £11:00 for replacing the top in the "correct" size.. No thank you!! I will not be using them again

Very disappointing quality. The products look and feel cheaply made and are nowhere near the standard I expected from the description and photographs. The materials and finish are poor, making the items feel significantly overpriced for what you actually receive. I would strongly encourage the company to improve its quality control and ensure its advertising accurately reflects the products being sold. Unfortunately, I would not recommend purchasing based on my experience. Extremely disappointing approach to customer service and refunds. When I raised concerns about the poor quality of the products, rather than offering a reasonable resolution or full refund, the company attempted to offer a small 10% refund instead. This does little to address the problem when the goods themselves are unsatisfactory. Customers should not have to negotiate repeatedly to obtain a fair resolution. The company needs to take greater responsibility for product quality and deal with refund requests properly and transparently.

While delivery updates were frequent and my order did arrive relatively quickly, the quality of the items are pretty low grade. The jumper i ordered is ok, not great, but ok. The dress on the other hand, cheap material, looks just like two pieces of fabric sewn together, went straight in the bin. Save your money and dont waste it on this site.

I wished I had read these before I bought same as everyone else tbh I tried to cancel my order as soon I I saw tracking red flag as I believed it was a UK based company , they refused the cancellation said it was in packing and couldn’t be stopped , it took weeks after to arrive when it did arrive today omg scrunched up in a tiny plastic bag it was disgusting terrible quality incorrect sizing (L) I’m a 12 could get it on nothing like the disciription I’ve emailed immediately no response now reading reviews I’m not hopeful I will get anything sorted . This company needs stopping !!

1 star is too good. Quality of dress is awful. I have asked for a returns but dread to think the cost etc of doing so as I presume this will be to a Chinese address. If it looks too good to be true, it generally is!!!

Do not buy from this brand. You have to pay instantly. They say they are London based and yet clothes are sent from China and they send delay emails and when the item, a dress, arrived it was made with very cheap material and did not represent the £40 price tag. The only way to return is via an email address which they ignore so you are stuck with an item not fit for purpose. They should be made to close their online brand and reported to trading standards.

Do not buy off these the clothes are dreadful poor quality and then returns is impossible they won't send me full address to return clothes it will cost me £31 to return back to China yet on Web site state London company.
