If I could give this company no stars I would. Easy returns are not available. Garments which are unlike the description on the website. have to be sent back to …China. There is no London outlet to receive returns. The cost to send back to China has to be met by the purchaser. In the end I agreed to keep the purchase with a 40% refund. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE

Totally agree with the other reviews normally I check out what I’m buying but I also thought it was London based and genuine. I ordered two dresses for £49.99 each apparently reduced from around £250, they arrived yesterday in a plastic bag and the quality absolutely dreadful. Sent an email to return goods immediately but 24hrs later heard nothing. I don’t normally write reviews but feel this company need reporting

You usually have 120 days from the payment. 💳 Credit card over £100: make a SECTION 75 claim. Your card provider is equally liable with the seller. 📱 Paid with Apple Pay or Google Pay? It goes through the card behind it, so use the routes above. 🅿️ PayPal: open a Buyer Protection dispute. 🏦 Bank transfer: contact your bank straight away and say you believe it's a scam. Ring your bank's disputes or fraud team (not general customer service) and say something like: "I bought goods from Wilson and Carter on [date] for £[amount]. The goods were not as described. The company is ignoring my emails, the phone number isn't in service and there is no returns process. I believe it may be a scam and I'd like to raise a chargeback." It has been said by many already that the quality of items is not as described nor looks as they do online, so I won't repeat that again. But they are bad quality. Never mind that one order took so long to arrive as it toured China before reaching "Mainland China" and I told them I would no longer be in the country by the time it arrived. It did arrive after I had left the UK. I contacted ex neighbour and said just give items to charity. If they take such poor quality. Going by comments on here, no point bothering to send back nor obtain refunds. I wrote this off as a bad experience. One thing about companies like this that angers me most is the fact they give themselves 'UK' and 'London' sounding names while being based anywhere but the UK. This company is US and/or Chinese and gives those places a bad name - or an even worse one. Why are companies like this allowed to trade as though British when they are not? This needs to be pursued and I will be contacting Which to try and get something done about such companies. They should not be allowed to have 'co.uk' addresses if they are not British. Avoid this company.

Poor quality workman ship. cloth not the same as photo I was told by Emily that I could have a 10 percent refund, and 're gift' the shirt to someone else, Honestly it looks like a shirt that only a pimp would wear. I would be worried that my neighbour would see me throwing it in the Bin. This company is as rubish at its service as it is at pedling cheap nasty, fraudulant rags.

The item has a print of a cat - when it arrived it has 3 eyes due to very poor workmanship. There is no return label in the packaging and trying to contact them to return item and get my money back is proving to be a nightmare. They replied to my email by addressing me by the name Victoria - this isn't my name - but the name they also signed off with. I am waiting for instructions on how to return item and get refund but I am also sad that someone made this item probably in an awful factory in China and it is going to landfill. Websites should be clear that everything is manufactured in China. Another website had me return the item to a florist shop....bonkers.

AVOID. Bought a fleece jacket. Adverts did not show the back which had a huge logo on it. Poor quality fabric. Ludicrous returns procedure contrary to UK law re online Misleading adverts give the impression of a British company but it's Chinese.
