Rubbish. Throw anything you get away easier than sending it back and trying to get a refund.

DO NOT USE Wilson & Carter clothing company Website says London based and easy returns. Neither of these are true. Clothing poor quality and if you want to return the process is send photos, then fill in a form (pdf which you have to print out and scan back in to the computer) finally you get an address in China which will only accept tracked returns.

I wish I had seen this page before ordering anything from this company. It is definitely a scam and I believe UK should ban it from trading here. Their website says London but it's actually in China. Their size charts are wrong and they hen I ordered a Large suit for my partner, a suit fitting 11 year old was sent. Quality is beyond poor and their 'Easy return ' is nonn existent. I will have to report this company - do not purchase anything from them.

As with probably every other review of this sham of a company, I purchased what I thought was a quality cotton shirt from a London based company. What I received was a 100% polyester, poorly printed, badly fitting shirt from some sweat house in China. The company policies are a lie…there is no ‘easy returns’ process…no customer service. What you get is a trail of emails trying to fob you off with a paltry % refund and the joy of keeping a useless, undesirable product. Next stop my bank to see if I can get some money back - I sure as hell won’t get anything back from these crooks.

I have only given a 1 star as I am unable to give none. The customer service is absolutely shocking and they refuse to allow you to return items for refunds.

Ordered a blouse that looked really nice in the picture . When it arrived it was horrendous cheap horrible feeling material that would be impossible to wear . I thought I was ordering from a legitimate company in London . Trying to get a refund has been horrendous I now have to send back to China where it came from as I have turned down 3 offers of 10% 20% and 30% refunds for something that is fit for the bin. They should be refunding my payment and paying postage as they are false advertising. Postage to China is expensive it means if I have to pay it I’m am royally out of pocket. Never again and I would advise anyone thinking of buying from Wilson and Carter not to . It’s an absolute con.

Rip off shop. Do not order from then, this is a scam and you will not get your money back as they will not even communicate with once the order arrives. The clothes are cheap and from China. This is not a London based company.
