Garment received was smaller than the size I ordered (obviously cutting down on fabric cost) customer services seemed very good when I messaged them- offering a replacement in a larger size or a different item- I chose a different item that was loose fitting to combat the small size that they give- when it arrived was different to the dress ordered apart from the colour- I messaged how disappointed I was and basically the one I got back was tough- but given in a more polite manner- I’d spent over £50 and will not order from them again and will warn anyone else not to either BEWARE

The pictures bear no resemblance to the product you will receive the material is not a faded denim but a cheap shiny cotton ---this company is one of the asian companys pretending to be a London tailor with a western style name but just churning out base quality no style products---dont go near them

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Very misleading website. I genuinely thought product was coming from UK and therefore returning there. That is not the case. The Hassle free returns is a joke, now 2 weeks after requesting a return and having sent photos I have another form to fill in before the return will be authorised, in the meantime time they keep offering me discounts to keep the product that is poor quality and not worth what I spent. I have reported them to the Trade Standards and my bank.

Clothes differ from what is on the website. Customer service by email response rate is poor. Still waiting for an email on how to return items.

Scam company be very careful ordering as all returns have to go back to China at your cost!!!!

They are using the same clothes as on Temu, same dresses,same model and photo treble the price That's why they are cheap crap material. Absolutely appauled. It was by chance as I typed in dresses for christenings and the same dress popped up

Slow but OK result. I ordered 2 items which took over two weeks to arrive but satisfied with the garmets, since both fitted well and quality was acceptable for summer wear. Good job I checked the size charts because the shorts were labelled "large" and the shirt "small" I then ordered two more items. One was out of stock, but after some back and forth, I received a full refund. Reading te other reviews, maybe I ordered on a good day, but I have no complaints hence 4 stars.
