Wish I'd read the reviews before I bought. I agree that the quality of the clothing is very poor and the company has nothing to do with 'London'.

I ordered a dress from this company, believing the company to be based in London through misleading website. The dress was sent from China. The dress was of very poor quality. I paid £49.99, it had been reduced from a staggering £124.99! Absolute rubbish. Returns have to be sent to China at customers expense, making it not viable. Scam company which I have reported. Stay clear of this company! I have now reported the company to online add scams and Google.

The company is falsely advertising and should be shut down. Difficult to return items, and not as described. I cannot believe reading all these experiences on Trustpilot that nothing has been done. We all are dissatisfied with the same complaints that they are not selling the product advertised. I have failed to get a refund so far as they are not getting in touch as to where to send the return

Overwhelmingly bad experience and really shouldn't give even a 1 star! I can echo all the reviews I have now seen (too late for me as I had already ordered!) and quality is ridiculously bad. Obviously not going to be able to get a refund and will have to put it down to experience. The word has to be spread ot to use these websites. I order frequently online and am hardly ever disappointed but need to read reviews first which I didn't.

The website looks very high quality, like it might be a family run company, good looking photos… it’s a lie. The products arrive are nothing like the photos - a jumpsuit that stops mid shins but I am only 5ft 4 (the photo showed it as full length on a tall model wearing heels). The fabric was bad quality, it was clearly a cheap knock off version, approximately like the photo but definitely not the same. AVOID BUYING HERE!

Would be zero stars if that was an option. Same experience as all other reviewers - emails bounce back. I am curious as to how they are still in operation as obviously a scam providing inferior products and not refunding customers. Can trust-pilot escalte this?

This company are fake , selling sub standard products , nothing like what is described or shown on their website. I ordered two dresses for a wedding, when they arrived it looked like it had been produced by a 5 year old , poor quality material and an even poorer finish. I have emailed for a full refund , but I won't hold my breath. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I have no words !!! My own fault for not doing some research on company before I purchased a shirt and some shorts . Products arrived today . The only positive was that the shirt fitted me ! Came from China , I could have got it quicker by walking there ! If I had paid £5 for both of them I would be satisfied but spent £50 on something that I could have bought probably for £1 on eBay . The shorts would be too big for a hippo ! Arrived in a very impressive Wilson and carter bag and that’s where it ended . No labels on clothes . Horrific!
