The communication with the company during purchase and delivery was good. However the advert for the summer cap I bought was misleading. It was polyester made in China, the sort one might get on temu for less than 10 £; it claimedthat the price reduced from 84 £ to 24£. I don't think anyone would buy such quality for 84£ to start with.

Shocking company and should be investigated! Same problem as others regarding returns and a refund. I will not engage with them anymore. Filed a dispute with my bank and within a few days the full amount have been charged back to my account.

Just adding my woeful experience to everyone else's. Why didnt I check beforehand? Absolutely shocking. The dresses were not at all as described, unfit for wear, ie see-through, no facings, and an insistence that they couldnt refund but I had to accept an alternative. I agreed to a partial refund in the end to stop the AI pain once I realised I wasn't dealing with a real person, and will put it down to experience, but I long to report this company to somewhere. Being overseas based there is probably little that can be done despite the trading laws here.

Do not use this company. Ordered 2 items. Informed one of the items was not available. Have asked for a refund three times now. The latest offering is a generic mail saying keep the item and we will give you a percentage refund. I’ve mailed again that I have not received anything from them …. Still waiting

The company alters its name frequently. It is bogus Beware. Garments are of poor quality I am making a dispute with my card company and hope to get a refund. Meanwhile , I will be writing to Trading Standards with details of my complaint. ALWAYS go into the company’s name first to see what others’ experience has been.

Not a premium UK retailer as implied on their website, took a few weeks & over-kill level of emails. Product quality not too bad at a glance but not in-line with photos. In contacting for a return & refund comes the upto your own costs to return to Asia & offer a 20% refund without returning product. Would avoid using

Ordered two jackets took a lengthy time to receive. When they eventually arrived sizes were smaller than equivalent uk products. Material shabby and poorly made no resemblance to pictures on website. No returns label enclosed so I emailed for the London address to return them. I waited some time for a reply and was advised that the returns were handled in Asia! Wrote a strong email to say I was disgusted with the returns process as their website states easy returns. I’m still in communication was offered 15% cash back and keep garments. I spent £98. Wish I had seen reviews first will never use this company again they are tantamount to fraud. Do not deal with them. I can’t see this being resolved to my satisfaction. Not worth one star.

Scam website - not based in London at all. Items come from China and look nothing like the item you are expecting
