SCAMMER ALERT. If something appears too good to be true it almost always is. I have learnt from my mistake hopefully others will have more foresight than me and check up on a company they have never heard of before buying from them. Stay away from these cowboys

DO NOT USE THIS SITE ITS A SCAM! They drop ship from China as it takes around 10 days to deliver. The quality is appalling and the clothing is nothing like the pictures. They advertise ‘free and easy returns’ but when you ask for the returns process tell you that it has to be returned to Asia at your own expense and offered me 15% of the refund and that I could keep the clothes. I refused and a few days later when they got back to me made the same offer at 10%!! I am going to report them to Trading Standards.

Finally got my shorts. Literally the size fit a small boy. Quality terrible, delivery terrible. I imagine this is a company on the other side of the world pretending to be in London.

I never give 100% to anybody, but I have found this company to be 100% genuine and their products are 1st class, I do not understand the overwhelming negative reviews. My experience has been really positive, I had misgivings at first, but I found them to be unfounded. I will most definitely be using them again

I ordered a 3XL jacket. Unfortunately I ordered it before reading the reviews. In the end after 10 days the jacket arrived. Actually quality isn't too bad but the problem is it is woefully undersized. I tried to return for a refund and, like many reviewers found this difficult, if not impossible. However I persisted, including starting the chargeback process and before this was completed I got the refund.

Item i was sent bore no resemblance to photo on website. Getting return info was difficult They wanted me to keep the item and accept a % of cost as refund. Eventually got return address and set it back as per their instructions. Still waiting for refund 2 months later

BUNCH OF SCAMMERS Made it impossible to get a full refund for my wife’s dress which was total rubbish. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Not even worth one star I ordered shoes. They turned up Nothing like the picture. Quite poorly made I’m trying to return them. And to be fair they are offering me money off. But it’s to be in firm of credits. I’ve refused those and asked to return the shoes for a full refund Turns out Wilson & Carter London aren’t in London they’re in Asia So when I finally get a address out of them it’ll be in china somewhere So please don’t buy from this company. It’s a total scam.
