Bought a pair of Aaron Classic Comfortable everyday loafers in brown suede. Paid £49.95. They are shocking - look like something you could buy from Primemark for £7 and that’s probably insulting Primemark. For anyone considering purchasing from Wilson & Carter I would strongly suggest don’t! They cheap horrible Chinese imports and look nothing like the photos.

Absolute rubbish nothing as seen on internet very poor quality and not worth the money £51 for top and a dress would I buy from this company again No , stress free returns just about to find out, if anything like the goods be far from it. Have been trying for 45 minutes to get returns label they just keep on telling me it’s not correct order number live chat automated just keeps churning out same old rubbish looks like next stop trading standards don’t be fooled by this website . I have reported them to the Citizens Advice Bureau who will pass it onto trading Standards. Companies like them spoil it for all the genuine companies out there. I really don't think I will ever buy online again unless I know the company. I have also reported it to my bank.

SCAM. Ordered two of same trousers in different sizes. They sent me two totally different trousers - made out of plasticky material, completely see through, awfully made. God knows where they found them. Have been going round the houses to send them back - sometimes they send polite emails, then ghost me for weeks, then come back asking for photos etc etc. I'm being strung along and it's becoming increasingly clear I will never get my money back. I don't understand how people get away with this. The internet is the Wild West. So depressing.

I ordered a pair of boots from Wilson & Carter London for £49.95 after seeing them advertised as leather, premium quality and supportive. When they arrived, I was extremely disappointed. The boots appear to be synthetic rather than leather, the quality is poor, and they are nothing like what I understood I was buying from the website. I contacted the company and asked for a full refund because the goods were not as described. Instead, I was offered a 10% refund if I kept the boots. I declined this and requested a full refund. What concerns me further is that, on checking the Google Ads advertiser information for this website, the advertiser is shown as Wei E-Commerce LLC, not Wilson & Carter London. I have retained screenshots of this. I also found a BBB complaint relating to Wei E-Commerce LLC. The website presents itself as a London business, yet its terms refer to products being supplied from China and include a US governing-law clause. This raises serious questions for me about who the actual trader is and where the business is really operating from. I am now requesting a full refund and will not agree to pay expensive international postage to return goods to China when the item supplied was materially not as described. My advice to other customers is to check the advertiser details, returns policy and terms carefully before ordering, and take screenshots of the product description before purchasing.

The linen dress I ordered arrived in 100% polyester. Their claim of "easy return" is completely untrue, no return label included. After numerous emails a 20% refund was offered. Wish I had read their reviews - lesson learned. Do NOT order from this company, a complete scam!!

Ordered trousers from Wilson & Carter based on their polished website photos. What arrived was cheap, ill-fitting, completely different fabric — nothing like advertised. When I tried to return it, I was hit with a £55 shipping charge to send it back overseas — more than the trousers cost in the first place. This isn’t a mistake, it’s a deliberate trap: dress it up like a proper London brand, ship low-cost knockoffs, then make returns so expensive that customers just give up. In my experience, and going by hundreds of near-identical complaints from other buyers, this company operates as a scam. Do not order from them.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A SCAM. Unfortunately I read the reviews after I had ordered. Tried to cancel but was told that wasn’t possible. 2 weeks later the dress turned up. It was such poor quality and not the size it was meant to be. Tried to return it but very complicated and expensive to do this. Ended up with a 40% refund. I was £25 out of pocket stuck with a dress I wouldn’t even give away. Absolute disgrace of a company. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
