The willow ring arrived and it’s lovely. We had a slight issue with the after Christmas post but Jenny from the office was very communicative and helped the product get to us.

I had such a wonderful experience with Willow and Ember! Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to receive my first delivery, but when I reached out they were incredibly kind and responsive. They showed me photos confirming it had arrived and, without me even asking, immediately offered to send a replacement at no cost. I’ve since received it and I absolutely LOVE my ring - the quality is stunning and even more beautiful in person. Truly amazing customer service. I highly recommend this business and will definitely be purchasing from them again!

My experience was great because of Jenny's exceptional service and thoughtfulness. My daughter had gifted me the willow ring and I lost it. It broke my heart because the meaning behind it meant a lot for a difficult past year I had. She made an offer that made it easy for me to replace it which was really kind of her. I just received my willow ring and I absolutely love it. It came with a small card with the meaning behind the ring that I will carry with me. That along with the ring itself will remind me that I was stronger than the storm that tried to break me. Forever grateful for this company’s thoughtfulness.
