I ordere Antler Ring. I changed my mind at last moment from Wilow & my request was swiftly dealt with, efficiently. I wore my ring for six months & it fitted far better than expected, despite having chubby fingers. Sadly my ring started to catch on things & got out of shape. Warped & uncomfy. Just bad luck. I reached out to Wilow & Ember about this & they were most sympathetic, & despite the 30 day return window passing, gave me a token part refund as good will, without having to return. Lovely professional & empathetic company to deal with... I'd buy from them again x

This order was a gift for my daughter and she absolutely loved it unfortunately the original ring broke. the customer service for this company is amazing. They replaced the item. Also the packaging is beautiful with a little sentiment card about the piece that made it even more special.

I bought a ring for my daughter from her dad who passed away 8 years ago when she was 4. I buy the kids something from him every birthday and Christmas to keep his memory alive. There was an issue with the ring and my daughter was absolutely devastated. I reached out to customer services and a lovey person called Jenny sent out a replacement ring along with some care instructions to prevent it happening again. The emails I received were heartfelt and sincere which meant to world to us. Thank you Willow and Ember (and Jenny) I have a very happy daughter now x

Love this brand, so happy with the willow ring. The order took a little longer to arrive due to international shipping but it was worth the wait. Customer service was personal, compassionate, incredibly prompt. 100% recommend this company.
