I recently bought a ring for my daughter who is going through a really tough time right now. Not only was the ring beautiful but the message that came with it was very heartfelt and uplifting. Your jewelry is wonderful and your customer service goes above and beyond. I highly recommend this company!

From my first order enquiry with Jenny I knew I had found the right company to order special gifts for special friends. During a very emotional and difficult time with a stage 4 cancer diagnosis, my friends continue to provide strength and support to me and I wanted to thank them . These rings are perfect and also a reminder of the power of friendship and their own resilience. Ordering was straightforward, delivery was faster than expected and tracking my order was easy . Jenny responded very swiftly to my emails and her words of encouragement were deeply moving and heartfelt. I will definitely recommend Willow & Ember. Thank you.

Worst piece of jewellery I've ever purchased. Website claims all jewellery is hand crafted and selected of finest material's however upon receipt that is definitely not true. The ring i received is tiny doesn't even fit on my pinky finger. The ring is less than 1mm thick so afraid it will snap if I try to open/adjust further. Avoid this same ring is sold on Temu for $1.43 as per images. Do your research before buying from this store. Very disappointed as item was a gift.

Thank you for taking the time to share this, and I’m truly sorry to hear how disappointing this experience felt, especially as it was meant to be a gift. I just want to gently clarify that our pieces are not sourced from Temu. Every Willow & Ember ring is made using genuine 925 sterling silver and carefully crafted to reflect the meaning and quality we stand behind as a small brand. We understand how concerning it can feel when something appears similar online, but our materials and production are not the same. That said, what matters most here is how your piece arrived and how it feels to you. It should never feel too small to wear or leave you worried about adjusting it. We’d really love the chance to make this right for you. Please reach out to us directly at [email protected] and we’ll personally take care of this with you as quickly as possible. We’re here nearly 24 hours a day, and you’re fully supported by us. With care, Willow & Ember 🤍

Love this brand, so happy with the willow ring. The order took a little longer to arrive due to international shipping but it was worth the wait. Customer service was personal, compassionate, incredibly prompt. 100% recommend this company.

Beautiful piece of jewellery (willow ring) with so much meaning to me…..bending with the seasons and life’s experiences, just what I need at this time in my life. The ring touches my heart in many ways. It speaks to me.

I purchased the Willow ring for my daughter for Christmas. She loved it. Sadly, it broke this week. I reached out to Willow & Ember and they quickly resolved the issue by shipping a replacement. They also sent a beautifully written email that was filled with kindness and courtesy. I highly recommend Willow & Ember. They truly care about customer experience! ♥

I agree with other posts, I bought the ring and it snapped within a few weeks, no refund or replacement over 30 days! It’s not fit for purpose and not worth the money. I am happy to say that after a discussion, a refund was offered and I am happy with the customer service.

Hi Julie 🤍 Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I just wanted to gently clarify for anyone reading that once you reached out to us directly, we reviewed the issue right away and a full refund for the Willow Ring was processed back to your original payment method. We do offer 24 hour customer support, and while weekends can sometimes run a little slower as we’re a small team of six, every message is always answered and every customer is fully backed by us. If you have any questions once the refund appears, or need anything further at all, you’re always welcome to reach out directly. With care, Jenny Willow & Ember 🤍
