This is the second edition of WillMaker…
This is the second edition of WillMaker I've downloaded as I needed to update what I'd done 8 years ago, It is easy to fill in the blanks and the information that you provide makes my decisions easier to make.

Aging brings with it scary final decisions
Aging brings with it the decisions of property, illness, possibly care, and final wishes. Not really wanting to face all these issues, I looked for a comprehensive way of completing a will, power of attorney and other documents in a way I would understand. I decided on Quicken Willmaker and extremely glad I did. The help screens, layout and line by line information was in simple terms and very detailed. After completing the documents and printing them, I noticed each document came with a set of instructons as well which was fantastic. I can't say enough about the simplicity and the ease of making some of the final decisons. I would highly recommend this product.

Support for Older Versions
I've now bought WillMaker 2019, 2022 and 2023. I can't complain about the price or the application itself, but it would be nice if it were possible to buy the application just once and update it as changes in the law require. If that's not possible, it would be nice if transferring data from an older version to a newer version were simplified.

Calling Customer Service Can be a Challenge
I inadvertently purchased the 2023 version of willmaker twice. The good news, once I was able to speak with a customer service representative, the company promptly refunded one of the two orders. The only negative is that finding a number to call was way too difficult. Secondly, getting through the automated phone system to speak to someone who could help was difficult. In the end, all is good.
