My husband and I had been procrastinating about doing a Living Trust, but knew it was the responsible adult thing to do so that our son would be taken care of in case of an emergency, and not have to deal with probate. We researched our options and decided on the Quicken WillMaker because of all the great reviews. Still we were anxious about doing something so important online. But we were very pleased with the advice and guidance links and the ease of use. And it was surprisingly affordable! You just follow the steps, plug in your information, and the program creates a Will and/or Living Trust in legal document form. Then you just need to get it notarized and voila! I wish we had done it sooner. 😁

I have started using the Willmaker and am satisfied so far. Once I have completed this process, I will present my will to my estate attorney. Once I get her response, I will have a better idea of how well the Willmaker is. I would like to do a survey then. thank you, JIm

This Particular will making program is the best I have seen. I sampled several online programs and they were all lacking some aspect of the will. This program is the complete package. Includes will or trust, advanced directives, funeral arrangements, letters to the executor, letters to family. It even has a duplicate will for your spouse. It has everything you need to make it as easy on you family as possible. The price is less than some programs and has so much more. I have been dreading making my will but this is making it so easy. This is a real service to people like me who didn't know where to start. I would highly recommend. Thank you Nolo.
