Willmaker is very clear and straightforward to use. I created both a will and living trust with Willmaker. The step-by-step process and suggestions were very to use and helpful. I strongly recommend it.

The publication would be complete, if there is an enclosed pro forma grant deed especially in Trust Deed states.

I have used various versions of Willmaker ever since it first came out, it seems. Long time, anyway. It gets better each edition, and now that I am 75 it is more important than ever to have all the "vital papers" in order, and this software makes it easy. It is thorough, and asks the questions that you don't always think of. I highly recommend it--you CAN do it yourself, but it's good preparation even if you do expect to have an attorney do it.

So far--I'm still in the process--each step is well-explained in easy to understand language. You can navigate back-and-forth between sections and all answers are saved. I can recommend this for simple estates.
