We have bought from several different suppliers and most were very good, but for variety of products and service, Wild Idea is the only place we got to now.

Wow! This meat comes packaged to keep it fresh and the meat is awesome, I will continue to purchase it.

The bison meat was excellent with fast service. I tried the bacon and found it enjoyable. The buffalo salami was fantastic, we put slices on pizza wow. Steaks, burgers ,hot dogs everything is special and delicious.

It is extremely rare to find a company that has a superior product and excellent customer service. It is obvious, that you are not just selling your products for capital gain. You truly believe in what you are doing. We are blessed to have found your. Thanks, for providing my family with Buffalo that is so healthy and good for them.

I give 5 stars for the product itself as it is very tasty and more healthful for me with my immune issues. Having meat that is not fed grains has been a blessing as I do not experience pain after consuming, as compared to grain fed meat. The fact that it is also lower in fat, and cholesterol is a plus plus! I also appreciate the free shipping when I order bundles, but sometimes I want to order individual items without a bundle and I cannot because I cannot afford the shipping. One other issue is when it is shipped ..I live in NY and box should only be shipped on a Monday ( not a Wednesday )..because the fed ex people handled my shipment very badly and we had to go running after them, or risk a complete meltdown of our entire order! Still I am thankful for ranchers like this who treat their animals well and go the extra mile and don't take grain shortcuts..it shows in the quality of their meat. The staff is super nice to deal with as well..rare these days..

We have been purchasing bison from this great company for a couple of years now and have never been disappointed with the products they offer. I don't eat any beef or pork so this is a great alternative and I like the fact they have recipes that you can follow exactly or tweak them to your liking.

The steaks were great and easy to prepare. Going to try the meatloaf recipe next.

I wish our local meat market (HEB's Central Market) would carry your meat. It is tasty and hearty and I wish everyone could have access to it. But I love dealing directly with you. Your solid customer service makes me feel like I'm speaking with my neighborhood butcher. Your vision of reinstituting buffalo to the plains makes our purchase worth it.
