Very easy to deal with Wild Idea Buffalo and their meats are soooo tasty. Would love to go visit them on my next trip to SD

Every single item I have ordered has tasted great!! Their customer service is fantastic and I really enjoy their newsletter and recipes. I previously ordered Bison meat from another company and their products were not nearly as good.

Received in a very timely manner. The ground bison was perfect! Lean but the flavor I expected. Made large chili for a tailgate and it was a big hit. The crowd we hang out with is not much for trying new things but they had no problem with cleaning out a couple of pots. I purchased some of the bulk sausage and made for my daughter and nephew with a big pot of grits! It was very good and we all liked. However being from South Georgia it was to sweet for us. Good flavor but agin we like the bite and power of garlic and sage. All and all very satisfied!

I love bison! I've previously made the bison chuck roast in my crockpot as directed and it was so tender and delicious. My last order included the stew meat and I made a delicious stew on the stovetop. The meat tastes similar to beef, except I think it's a little sweeter. The best thing is that it has less fat, and is therefore healthier.Since it's so expensive, I'm saving it for special occasions, but I may make chili out of the ground bison the next time it snows here.

It is so satisfying to play a small part in Dan and Jill's family's efforts to restore the prairie and bring back buffalo to the Great Plains. Knowing that the delicious meat we eat is healthy for us and humanely raised and slaughtered means a great deal to us. We are happy to know that demand has made it possible for buffalo raised on reservations and by other like-minded ranchers to become part of the business, spreading the gospel of sustainable livestock production. We've never had anything from Wild Idea that we haven't enjoyed. If you haven't read Dan's books about Wild Idea, do so now and pass them on to friends. Spread the word!

I never order from anyone until I research and read all reviews. After doing so with Wild Idea Buffalo, I placed my first order. OMG!!!!!!!!! Their products are amazing and delicious. I was ordering certified humane grass fed beef from another site, when I discovered buffalo is much healthier and tastier. I emailed Wild Idea Buffalo to make sure these animals are treated humanely and die humanely. I was reassured they are. I have now placed three orders, and wouldn't even consider ordering from anyone else. Everything I have ordered is amazing. There are no words to describe how wonderful their products are. My husband was hesitant about buffalo at first, but now he's hooked! So lean and flavorful!! I just cannot praise this company enough. You pay more, but the products and shipping costs are so worth it because you get the highest quality buffalo products possible! I am a customer for life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do yourself a huge favor and place an order. You won't be disappointed!

We have never had buffalo liver before; it was better than any beef liver we have eaten. We are also very pleased with the delivery service.
