Oh, Give Me a Home where the Buffalo Grill!

Wild Idea buffalo is the best. There is no better meat that I have found. Even the deer I hunt. Thanks.

I expected buffalo to have a gamey or aquired taste, but that was not the case. The taste is mild and similar to beef, I was pleasantly surprised and will order again.

First, my orders have been filled and shipped to me in just days even though I live on the Michigan and Canada borders. Packaging is awsome and my meat arrives frozen solid. I have tried several cuts of meat as well as your hot dogs, and everything has been delicious. It is nice to eat meat without all of the fat and with tons of flavor.

Or experience has been good, overall. We have ordered 3 times and been very pleased in 2 of the orders, On the 2nd order we purchased a steak bundle. We received 6 1 lb ground and didn't receive the the 16oz.in bone rib eyes. We can find ground buffalo locally and order from you for the steaks. We appreciate what you are doing food the planet but when we order we want steaks. Thank you, Sandy

I can't thank Wild Idea Buffalo enough for the important work they are doing to restore the Buffalo back on the range. What better way to put your money where your mouth is than by supporting the sustainable and respectful vision of open range, grass fed, field harvested Buffalo? I have said a prayer and thanked the Buffalo before every bite of the lean and superior alternative to beef. If we could all move toward diets that incorporate ecology rather than destroy it, this world would be moving in a better direction.

The service is beyond anyones expectations. The cooking aromas in the kitchen or out on the grill gets your attention first. Reminds one of open fires and wonderful tastes to come. End result after the meal is an very contented view of life!

The Wild Idea items I have ordered have all been absolutely delicious and easy to fix. As an added bonus, I enjoy knowing that what I'm eating is good for me. The meat is moist and tender, not at all dry.
