It's rare that I would ever write a review, for anyone. I've done it only once before and that was to send a note of thanks to Wild Idea for a great new product that we had tried. So, how does Wild Idea's promises, product and delivery stack up against the market place? Wild Idea is far superior in every respect. This is a company of integrity. This company is "THE BEST."

We purchased a gift bundle for our neighbors and ground bison for ourselves. The ground was excellent. I was worried about it tasting gamey but not at all. Would like to have received the gist bundle in some sort of gift basket.

Tremendous mission, excellent flavor and cuts received in a no problem shipment format. Already pushed your website to 3 other folk from work based on the mission and flavor. I will definitely reorder and continue to mention others.

Still wish that you had dry aged meat.

two things.....first off, you sent this questionnaire to me - I was the purchaser of the gift to Steve Protz. Second......the gift has not yet been received by him...... I have ordered in the past with no problems.....I am giving only one star today as none of this applies and I am hoping that one star will get someone's attention.

In a search to eat healthier meat that is grass fed and humanely treated, I found Wild Buffalo Co. I ordered variety pack of various cuts of meat. So far I am very pleased with the product.

I wanted to leave a review for anybody on the fence considering buying buffalo from Wilde Idea - Just place the order and prepare to be impressed! My husband and I have enjoyed ordering buffalo from restaurants in the past, and decided to start serving it at home as part of embracing a more healthy lifestyle. Wild Idea vacuum seals their meat in well labeled packages. Our box of buffalo arrived fully frozen and ready to put in our freezer. The taste of their buffalo is better than the other on line places we have tried and the price is very competitive. The meat itself is beautiful. I made the Osso Buco recipe for Sunday dinner last week and we felt like we were at a fine restaurant. I also used the soup bones to make a rich stock for soup. Thank you Wild Idea for being good stewards of the land and producing such a fine product.
