This is soime of the best tasting meat. Far better then beef and healther. We baught the started package and have eaten the hot dogs and patties. Both where fantastic. Cant wait to try the roast and stakes.

My second time ordering from Wild Idea and it was terrific. Received meatloaf, hamburgers, and jerky this time...all TERRIFIC! You can bet there will be a Third!!

The meat came when you said it would and it was frozen hard. We have eaten some of the hot dogs and they are delicious. Not eaten anything else but I'm sure it is great. Thanks

Everything has been great. Meat was still frozen but one or two were starting to thaw. I'm not sure how it will work in summer when it's over 100 degrees out here.

The entire process from selection, to ordering, to delivery, was superb -- easy, convenient, and seem less. The online help was fast and informative. The real test, however, is in consumption -- delicious and you can feel good sbout what you are eating.

Website easy to use and was pleased with delivery. Was disappointed with shrot ribs preparation of the cut. Too much silverskin and the jelly substance left on the ribs. The sausage were good, expected more of a smoked flavor from the Applewood sausage. Over all satisfied. Will try some other products.

I am an 'organic' farmer and gardener in the Keweenaw Peninsula of Michigan. Eating wholesome food that encourages health and is also healthy for the planet is a personal goal. 'Wild Idea' is just such a company. And, they seem true to their beliefs and continually working to improve their products and their service. They are exceptionally careful with their product composition and also seem to appreciate calls, notes, suggestions. It is fun and educational to do business with them.

The customer service is outstanding, and the packaging of my purchase is awesome. I appreciate that the website has tips and recipes...which really helped me the first time I cooked buffalo burgers. There is nothing to compare this meat to, buffalo is the only red meat I will eat now, and I only buy it from Wild Idea Buffalo.
