I received my order, on time and as promised, and was pleased with my signed copy of "Wild Idea" and two signed bookmarks. I'm halfway through the book and am enjoying it. Whenever people mention bison meat I refer them to Wild Idea. How much for an invitation to hawk sharptails on the ranch? :)

Excellent flavor, not heavy like beef. Cook no more than medium rare because it's so lean. Have tried many brands and cuts and WIBC is the most consistent flavor and quality, you will not be disappointed.

The meat is exceptional. We live on the other side of the country and received our product quickly and cold! Thanks wild idea. We will order again.

I wish there was a way to track orders online.ths would e helpful when they are delayed as mine has been.
