I love WF Cases! It’s honestly not talked about enough how reliable these cases are. I remember first seeing these on Pinterest YEARS ago, and I hopped on the trend just for the aesthetics and haven’t gone back. I’ve used their cases for 7 YEARS. I have had 2 phones, and now I just got a 17ProMax, and I obviously repurchased. I am a teenage girl. I am always doing something, always somewhere, and these cases ROCK for that reason. I have dropped my phone off a cliff, I’ve thrown it at a wall, and I am particularly clumsy so I am often just dropping it too be honest, and I have MINIMAL damage, and I give FULL credit to WF. They are sturdy, they are reliable and above all they are CUTE. I will never not use these, or this brand. Their accessories are also great quality. I’ve had the camera ring gems and they STUCK. I’ve had about 11 of their cases now and my phone has never once cracked. I obviously do have mini little scratches cause I am really aggressive with my phone but otherwise my phone is 10/10. I highly recommend!!

I purchased the wrong sized item as a gift and tried to exchange them for the correct one. Their return policy, as another user wrote, is not designed to help the customer. You can't return sale items. There's only a 15 day window. You have to pay to ship them back yourself. They deduct a restocking fee. When I tried to exchange the item, the correct size was listed as out of stock even though the site would let me purchase them. That's shady. I sent them screen shots and they did not address the issue. In fact, it took them five days to even respond to me the first time. With such a short return window, that's really unprofessional. When they finally told me I couldn't return them after the window ended ("Apologies for the confusion" is such a bloodless non-apology), they offered me a 10% coupon code. Ten percent doesn't make any of this right. You might like their designs, but with a return policy so antagonistic to the customer, it's best to shop elsewhere. UPDATE: Wildflower posted a reply three months after I uploaded this review. Please note that it contains no new information. The following remains uncontested and should give you pause: *You can't return sale items. *There's only a 15 day return window. *You have to pay to ship them back yourself. *They deduct a restocking fee. *When I tried to exchange the item (which they agreed to at first), the correct size was listed as "out of stock" even though the site would let me purchase them. *It took them five days to even respond to my first inquiry. That is what is "disappointing."

After reviewing your emails, it appears the item you’re attempting to return was purchased as a sale item. As outlined on our website, all sale items are final sale. We understand this can be disappointing, and appreciate you for taking the time to reach out. Please feel free to contact us if you have any other questions or need further clarification. During our Holiday season, we do extend our return window for all non-sale items. All customers are responsible for return shipping costs. https://support.wildflowercases.com/en-US/return-and-exchange-policy-312938

I ordered a case on September 12th, as of October 1st, the shipping company they use (Passport) says they haven't even received it, let alone sent it. If you can't call because you're not in the US, customer service does not exist! I have lost count of the amount of emails I have sent, either they were totally ignored, or I got sent an automated response telling me to keep waiting for it to come. I have asked for my money back countless times, and there's nobody even on the other end! Total scam, I'm very surprised because it's such a well known brand.

When we tried to return cases that were the wrong size, there was no way to return them. We went to the website to see if there was information on how to return the cases. The only option was to check your eligibility to return the cases. The link that said it would check eligibility for returns simply went to a blank page. There were no other options to contact them and there was no information included with the cases when they arrived.

Ordered a lovely case that came on time. The owners followed up with me to see how I liked it and were really helpful. Love the case. Thank you!

They are the best phone case company out there!!!! I’ve been buying their cases for years and never had an issue. I drop my phone all the time and it has never cracked in a wildflower case. I had issues with shipping once and they got it all fixed for me which was amazing.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. The worst customer service I have ever experienced and I am a very chilled person. Do not risk ordering from them as if anything goes wrong the customer service literally doesn’t exist and will just send you automated responses, no one picks up the phone either… so disappointing from such a huge brand.
