I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered from them. They are horrible and their customer service is severely lacking. I bought a case for my daughter and it turns out it’s the wrong size. They claim their is no exchange or return on a Black Friday. I ordered it on a Saturday. So they are wrong. No where on their website or any correspondence did it say final sale. I wouldn’t of ordered a final sale item. Don’t order from this company. They are not in the business for customer service. And the fact that they sign with a xoxo is so condescending and insulting. They are horrible! These type of companies need to be stopped. Lesson learned for me- is to review comments before purchasing.

I would give a zero if possible. Ordered case in November. Said it shipped the 27th but was waiting for USPS. Wildflower did say they would resend, but have never received or have they answered the 13 emails an d numerous phone messages. You can't speak to a live person. Horrible service and now I'm out $35.00 and product. Anyone have any suggestions how to reach them?

i own 2 other wildflower cases (both from amazon) so i decided to get on their website and see if i could find another bc i do like their cases. i found one, ordered it 12/5 and was emailed that it “shipped” 12/8. i checked the tracking and it said just the shipping label had been printed, that it hadn’t left the warehouse. after waiting i decided to email customer service 12/12 to see if there was an issue, still haven’t gotten a reply but an hour after i sent the email they finally shipped it 😐. i won’t get it until 12/20, which is 2 weeks after i ordered it. i doubt i’ll get a reply from customer service either. i would recommend buying one of their cases off amazon so you get it before Jesus comes back. EDIT 12/15; i actually received a reply from their customer service and this is verbatim what it says- “as noted on our website it takes 1-3 business days to process orders and shipping can take between 3-7 business days. i checked the tracking and your order has shipped and is due to arrive 12/20.” with those estimates it STILL shouldn’t take 2 weeks to receive something that small. that’s a crappy excuse for bad time management.

If I can get a 0 stars, I will. Do not buy from this company expecting a good customer service. I ordered two cases and only one of them arrived. Customer service said that there isn’t enough evidence that I really only received one??? How can they say this? What kind of company would question a customer’s complaint when it is their fault for not sending the other one anyway? They’re now saying I’m lying. I should’ve known better, they have a lot of influencers promoting their product but they couldnt give a good customer service

Ordered a case for my granddaughters iphone7 in October for Christmas (worried about supply chain, so ordered early). I get a text from my daughter last week (6 weeks after I ordered it) and she informs me she has bought her a new iPhone 13 for Christmas. I immediately emailed customer service to see if I could exchange it for a iPhone 13 case. I was informed it was pass the 15 day return policy. The case is still in the original box unopened. They will not allow me to exchange it for the iphone13 case. They offered me a 10% discount on a new case. What a joke! Won’t EVER buy from them again and now I am stuck with a $35 case I cannot use. Horrible service. Do not buy from them!

They’re in the business to sell but not provide service. Like other reviews, I ordered the wrong size and immediately emailed them. Then contacted a couple of their social media the following day. For a company who have big online presence, they really aren’t responsive unless it’s to hype their products. I figured to make an account to check the status of my order. You’re sent an email confirmation where you have to follow a link to confirm your account, but there was no link. I checked my setting to make sure it wasn’t blocked, but it’s just a blank space where the link is supposed to be in place. So that was a dud. A few days later I finally receive an email reply with a tracking number. It seems their practice is to tell customers too late, their order has already been shipped, but my tracking shows they printed the label a few hours prior. I don’t know what I’m going to do when the case arrives but I’m hesitant to return it back. This was a turn off experience from purchasing more from them considering how unreliable they are. Such a shame they aren’t concerned about customer support.

I placed an order for my daughter literally right after I placed I realized it was the wrong case size. I admittedly tried calling no answer, tried the chat function (as instructed by the voicemail) and called back to leave voicemail. They returned my call the next day and left me a voicemail saying it had already shipped. Had someone called me back sooner or they had a functioning chat option. I would've avoided paying shipping to me, returning shipping cost and the replacement shipping cost. They only give store credit so I was stuck ordering the replacement. they offered a free shipping code but it doesn't work with other coupon offers so. It was a few cents cheaper with a code I found online. Just a headache and its not much but it just feels wrong.
