Their customer service is the worst I have ever delt with. Sold me the wrong controller then Sold me a faulty controller. And wouldn’t stand behind there parts. The people in costumer service try to frustrate you so you will just give up and won’t come back.

Great bike, my boyfriend and I have found that it goes way further than 100 miles on PAS1 when we peddle. We did 40 miles on flat trail and the bike only dropped 20% battery. I will say one thing that was super disappointing is that bike advertised good for people from 5'2 to 6'2, but I'm 5'6 so pretty middle of range and I have seat at lowest setting, and it's to tall for me. I would not buy if you are under 5'6.

We love the power on the bicycle and rides very smooth. But the experience we had we only went around 9 to 10 miles with it and screen went blank while riding and it ended up battery was bad. So we ended up emailing them about it and were spending a lot of time emailing back and forth for about a week. Technician had to have a video. But we finally got a new battery in 2 weeks. And everything seems to be good so far!

I am very pleased with the bike,but the package was pretty beat up I was worried that the bike would be damaged,but only a little scratch on it , but the bike itself is GREAT !!

The bike is nice, but it only goes 25mph and the cruise control doesn't work. 😔
