Bought bike for son. He's very happy with the performance.

Everything is decent for the price except the tools that came with it and the owners manual didn't come with assembly instructions. Only one of the wrenches actually fit anything. I scanned the QR code and it takes you to the website but no link to assemble that I could see at quick glance.

Great bike, my boyfriend and I have found that it goes way further than 100 miles on PAS1 when we peddle. We did 40 miles on flat trail and the bike only dropped 20% battery. I will say one thing that was super disappointing is that bike advertised good for people from 5'2 to 6'2, but I'm 5'6 so pretty middle of range and I have seat at lowest setting, and it's to tall for me. I would not buy if you are under 5'6.

The bike is nice, but it only goes 25mph and the cruise control doesn't work. 😔

First off, amazing bikes for the price, but shipping times were slightly longer than stated on their website and the bikes come in some sort of safe mode. They’ll only do 4 mph so I had to email the company and waste a day waiting on answers but after that the bikes really are amazing. I went 35 miles without charging and am very happy overall
