My son has 2 of your f11 bikes and have been great for two years

Everything is decent for the price except the tools that came with it and the owners manual didn't come with assembly instructions. Only one of the wrenches actually fit anything. I scanned the QR code and it takes you to the website but no link to assemble that I could see at quick glance.

Enjoy them. Best bang for the buck

Bike is wonderful to ride, but the digital speedometer was heavily damaged from shipping. Customer service takes forever to responds and their phone line is disconnected. I had to buy a new digital speedometer but ordered it almost a week ago. Paid 3-5 days shipping. Still haven’t got a tracking number yet.

Good bike good parts is the best brand

We ordered 2 bikes. The first one was delivered within a few days. The other took a bit longer. They were both fairly simple to put together. We are impressed with the build quality and features the bikes have. We have not ridden them any distance. I have the Soared, my wife has the Wander Pro. I would recommend either.

Bike won't power up. Did not receive lock, mirror and phone holder as advertised with the sale. Do the NFC fobs do something.
