Big batttery lots of power easy handling

In addition to my relatively new under four months E bike having several components, failing that I need to replace, I ordered a part over a month ago and not only has it not actually arrived yet, it appears as though they didn’t even send it out yet. This is a component that has failed so I really think I should be getting my money back for it considering that it failed before my E bike was even three months old, but the fact that Wildeway still has my money and I don’t have my product is bad and I’m deciding what I’m going to do about it. I will also note that I paid for express shipping, over a month ago, which definitely hasn’t panned out at all and again more importantly, as of my last email to the company, it appears as though they didn’t even mail it out yet. I want my component and I believe that I should get my money back for one of several reasons.

The way Wildeway shipped my purchases was very well done

Soared ebike not working straight out of the box. Customer support could definitely improve. They are trying but the lack of communication and urgency is extremely frustrating. I'm still waiting for parts to fix the bike myself. I did negotiate a $200 credit, I'm into troubleshooting for 6 hours. It has been one month since I received the bike, waiting for hall sensors and a new wheel motor.
