I needed some followup after the purchace and it was handled very well. It gave me even more confidence about me purchase. The bike is a beast and I'm very happy with it.

I recently received my Wildeway Kraken E-Bike, and I must say, I am extremely impressed! Assembly took approximately an hour, and once I finished putting it together, I was amazed by the size and solid construction of this bike. After taking it for my first test ride, I was even more impressed by its incredible power, smooth ride, and overall performance. This is the perfect electric bike for my hunting club. I can already tell that it will handle dirt roads, trails, and rugged terrain with ease. It has the power and versatility I was looking for. I also allowed several members of my hunting club to take it for a test ride, and they were equally amazed by its performance. In fact, a few members were so impressed that they plan to order their own Wildeway Kraken bikes soon! I do have two recommendations for Wildway: First, I would strongly encourage the company to consider offering a lifetime warranty on the bike, or at least an extended warranty program. This would give customers greater confidence in their investment. Second, I believe Wildeway should establish partnerships with bicycle dealers and repair shops throughout the United States. Having access to authorized service centers would make maintenance and repairs much more convenient for American customers. Overall, I am extremely pleased with my purchase. The Wildeway Kraken has exceeded my expectations so far, and I look forward to putting it through its paces during our hunting club activities. I plan to post another detailed review in approximately 30–60 days, once I have had more time to become familiar with the bike and test its capabilities under actual hunting and trail conditions. Great job, Wildeway! You have built an impressive electric bike, and so far, I am one very satisfied customer!

Good bike good parts is the best brand

We ordered 2 bikes. The first one was delivered within a few days. The other took a bit longer. They were both fairly simple to put together. We are impressed with the build quality and features the bikes have. We have not ridden them any distance. I have the Soared, my wife has the Wander Pro. I would recommend either.
