I am a Customer for about 3 years and I love the wigs from Wigsbuy.....very high quality and I love how I can change the looks from sassy to elegant. Here is a picture I took with my mom wearing on of my wigs she often borrowings. I curled this wig with medium rollers and let it air dry for longer lasting beauty.

I ordered two wigs from the Wigsbuy on March 24th. The shipping time on the website said 5-10 business days. when the item wasn't received I contacted the seller and they told me that it was shipped on April 8th and provided a tracking #. However, when I tracked the item on April 12th, I received a message that there is nothing to track. I then googled the company and now realize that other buyers have waited months for their orders to arrive and when it does arrive it's nothing like advertised. Stay away from this company. I thought it was an American company and not based in China. Luckily I paid via PayPal and have escalated my complaint to Paypal so hopefully, I will receive my money back. UPDATE: I have received my product- 3 weeks after placing the order. The quality was not bad and the hair style was as advertised. I will increase my rating to 3 because I still think the website was misleading about the timeline.

zero communication from anyone after multiple attempts over almost a month and a half of nothing. disputed the charged through my bank. Finally they show up at my doorstep and look absolutely nothing like the curl in the photo. I wanted curly extensions to match my natural curl, and these extensions looks like when a girl with straight hair curls her hair. (wavy at BEST.) very unsatisfied especially after i paid $150.00 and then a $35.00 duty fee. I read the bad reviews but thought i would give it a try due to 1 or 2 good ones. NEVER AGAIN. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. Thieves who ship from china. I want the extensions from the photo! not some random wavy sh it that i have no use for.

I ordered an expensive human hair Marilyn Monroe wig. The picture showed a blonde. Marilyn Monroe was blonde, probably the most famous blonde in the history of the world. Wigsbuy sent me a black wig. It turned out that I had somehow managed to order a black wig by some kind of default. I wrote the company and pointed out that I wanted a blonde wig. I had a long series of unresponsive and unhelpful emails before a service representative named Sherry gave me a responsive email showing me that she understood the problem and wanted to fix it. The best resolution Sherry could offer me was to refund me 85% of the purchase price, but I had to ship the black wig back, notwithstanding that Sherry told me that Wigsbuy could not use it for another customer because all wigs are made in response to orders and no inventory is kept. Adding up the COD cost for the black wig, the shipping cost of the black wig back to China, and the 15% loss on the cost of the wig, I had lost $195.52 Canadian on the transaction and did not have the blonde wig I had wanted. In contrast, around the same time, two other companies--Unique Vintage and The Soccer Shop--had made mistakes sending me what I'd ordered, and they volunteered without my asking, to let me keep what they'd shipped in error. So the resolution with Wigsbuy was much better than what I feared at first when the email exchanges started--which was that I had ordered the wrong wig, and would have to suck it up--but it was still an expensive resolution for me. I think that if I had not been persistent, I would not have had a resolution. I also think that if they had a better and clearer website, the mistake would never have been made in the first place. I think there should only be a blonde Marilyn Monroe wig available, and if they want to sell other color wigs, give them a different name. Whoever heard of a black haired wig for Marilyn Monroe?

I could never get anyone to respond when I tried to return a wig that looked NOTHING like the picture. I'd get an email response saying they'd get back to me within a certain amount of time, and they never did. I sent numerous emails and messages via their website. NEVER responded. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I will never order again. The color is so awful cannot look at it. Paid more than I usually. So disappoint. Sent and email weeks and it was received. As soon as I can get closure on $50 plus I unsubscribe.

Fraudulent! Do not purchase items from Wigsbuy. I purchased a Kerry Washington wig which looks more like a dead wet rat. I tried to call. No response. I sent email and got the same results. This is not a US company. They are in China. The reviews here are the truth. I wish I had looked up this company before I sent them my $157.16. RUN! Don't walk. Get away from this company! They are THIEVES!

I bought this wig about a month or 2 ago and I wear it almost everyday and it has survived very well I've recently ordered another 3 different wigs from this seller because this one is amazing I love it so much looks so much like natural hair would definitely recommend.
