This wig is so cheap i didn't have much hope for it but i dyed it pink hit it with some dry shampoo and its hard to believe how natural it looks ! The hair is soft but a little shiny but really nice had to order another one it looks so good.

This company is a scam apparently. They charged me close to $200.00 3 months ago in exchange for a wig which I have not received to date. Every time i inquired about the wigs arrival I received some type of automatic response. I asked for my money back to no avail. Please do not order from wigsbuy they are scam and are practicing serious unfair trade practice.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THE FOLLOWING COMPANIES - TIDESBUY, WIGSBUY AND WIGSIS (THERE ARE PROBABLY MORE) .They are all RELATED and they WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY OR THEY WILL TRY AND BRIBE YOU BY INSISTING THAT YOU REMOVE ANY NEGATIVE REVIEW THAT YOU MAY HAVE POSTED AND STILL TRY AND NEGOTIATE DOWN THE REFUND FOR YOUR PURCHASE PRICE. THEY HIDE BEHIND THEIR EMAIL ADDRESS, THEY DO NOT HAVE A WORKING TELEPHONE NUMBER OR ADDRESS TO CONTACT. I PLACED AN ORDER ON MARCH 2, 2018 AND IMMEDIATELY CHANGED MY MIND AND EMAILED THEM TO CANCEL THE ORDER. THEY INDICATED THAT THEIR POLICY WAS TO REFUND ALL BUT 25% (?) AND TO WAIT A FEW DAYS AND IT WOULD SHOW UP IN MY ACCOUNT. AFTER MANY EMAILS BACK AND FORTH, I STILL HAVE NOT SEEN THE MONEY CREDITED TO MY ACCOUNT AND I HAVE REPEATEDLY CHECKED WITH OUR BANK. ONE OF THE LAST EMAILS STATED THAT THEY COULD NOT HELP ME BECAUSE THERE WAS ONLY $34 IN MY ACCOUNT (?).MY BANK WANTED PROOF OF THE TRANSACTION AND THEY COULD NOT PROVIDE ANYTHING BUT A FAKE SCREENSHOT THAT ANY 6 YEAR-OLD COULD MAKE UP. I HAVE NOT BEEN REFUNDED AS OF THE DATE OF THIS REVIEW AND ADVISED THEM THAT I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO REVIEW THEM ACROSS THE INTERNET AND DO WHAT I NEEDED TO DO TO LET POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS KNOW HOW ILLEGAL AND UNETHICAL THEIR COMPANIES ARE, AS THEY ALL OPERATE ILLEGALLY AND UNETHICALLY. THESE COMPANIES NEED TO BE SHUTDOWN AND SHOULD NOT BE ABLE TO SELL ANYTHING IN THE USA.

Horridly thin skimpy wig. Ordered the human hair messy wavy mid- length capless wig and got what looks like a ratty doll wig. The hair is course and sparse...the top has been back combed beyond reason and looks like a knotted mess. Comes from China. I wish I would have known that then I wouldn't have ordered the wig.

I am really disappointed in the wigs from wigsbuy. It looked really great the first day I wore it. I've only won this wig 3 times and all the curls have slackened. I have just wasted money buying this product. I had such high hopes based on all the positive reviews I read but it seems like they sold me a wigs of inferior quality. I am so disappointed. This was my first time buying from wigsbuy and after spending almost $400 on 3 wigs, I am so upset. I've only had this week for less than 4 weeks and can't even wear it again. The other wigs look nothing like the pictures they posted and I don't even know were to begin. $400 down the drain.

From the wigsbuy.com site I ordered an item described as "medium salt and pepper hair curly human hair lace front women wigs for older women" as pictured. No color number was given for it as other colors with numbers were pictured. Directions said something similar to"this wig, this picture" to indicate my choice for the wig pictured. I was sent a jet black wig which I did not take out of the plastic bag it was contained in inside a box. Numerous, numerous emails which now have stopped did not address my issue which is I was sent the wrong color wig. It was clearly advertised on the site as "salt and pepper" along with a picture of a model wearing it. Some of the emails from wigsbuy stated that they could not locate my emails, others suggested that if I wanted what was pictured then I would need to return what was sent and exchange it by paying $25 for reshipping. How could they respond to me if they could not locate my emails. Some of the emails stated that I would get 60% of the refund price after the deduction cost of $70 for their processing and handwork because they could not resell the wig. All emails came from a "Rebecca" in their customer service department and came days or weeks after my reply to them. Eventually, they stopped communicating with me altogether. Their phone number listed cannot be reached. The salt and pepper wig I ordered has appeared on and off of the site at various times and at various prices. My credit card was charged $143.22. I'm exasperated at this point and feel like I've been duped by this company. I called the sorting facility listed on the package sent to me in Springfield Gardens NY, only to be told that they only ship items and that I would need to contact the site's customer service.
