I could say that Wigsbuy does uphold their customer service and honor their return policy. I had problems with my first wig and return was successful. For my second piece I bought a clipp in 100% human hair extension and I am absolutely amazed at the quality of their 100% human hair. I was able to pick the texture of the hair picked Chinese and was able to perfectly match my fine texture hair! I would recommend the clipping human hair extensions to anyone!

I have respect for the fact that Wigsbuy does up hold their Customer Service Satisfaction! I had Sherry's help and she was wonderful! They really do the best they can when it comes to resolving any issues with returns and merchandise. Thank you Wigsbuy and Ms. Sherry! This will not be my 1st and last time. As a Consumer, You have my trust, loyalty, and customer satisfaction!!

I ordered a dark brown wig and they sent me a jet black wig. They spent several days trying to negotiate with me, sighting their return policy. I told them that their return policy is for the dissatisfaction with the product I ordered but they did not send me what I ordered. Their latest offer was for me to ship the wig back at my expense before refunding my money. They did not say they would refund fully when I returned the wig but did not say they would refund the postage to send it back. I started a dispute with PayPal. That's the only chance you are going to get all of your money back. If they want the wig back, insist that they send you a prepaid label and an email stating that you will get a full refund. If anyone gets scammed by these people, be sure to dispute it with your credit card company.They don't send you what you ordered and then they don't want to take responsibility for their error. The reason the wigs cost so much is because you are paying for express shipping. It took only 5 days for it arrive after it shipping. Quality of the wig...questionable. Only order from companies located in the US where satisfaction is guaranteed. If there is a drop down on the home page for a choice of currency, odds are the company is out the country. Update: I returned the wig but they would not refund my money unless I removed my reviews. I had already filed a complaint with PayPal but they decided not to go through them and email me directly so they would not have to follow PayPal's rules. I told PayPal what they had done. Bottom line, PayPal refunded my money and my postage. My advice is to always file a complaint with your credit card co. or PayPal. It may take a while but you will get your money back. Better still, avoid this company because they will make you make for something which is their fault. Very unethical. AVOID WIGSBUY! They are in China. Another update: Wigsbuy tried to get TrustPilot to remove my review. Since you are reading this, TrustPilot reinstated my review after I proved to them my case is legitimate. Don't believe WigsBuys response to this review. They have already been in contact with me with totally unsatisfactory resolution.

Perfect. Wig looks just like it does in stock photo. Also comes with extra goodies I ordered on 7/20 & received on 8/1. Came packaged great. A nice box for safe keeping. I ordered in stock photo color. Love it. The wig is light weight. I went grocery shopping this morning & was told about 5 times how cute my hair is. Means a lot when you are trying to grow your own hair back out. I can't afford the REALLY really expensive cancer wigs. So many more on here that I want. Will be a returning customer.

Great product. real looking hair that's easy to style. stiff hair but in a good way. able to somewhat spike up without having the lace front and not looking god-awful. used for Draco malfoy cosplay and then cut it and styled it for Hawkeye. buying another cause it's awesome and I plan on messing around with the old one for a cel-shadded effect.
