I bought "human hair" clip ins about 4 bundles and noticed it got old after 2 days of wearing it,and no I did not sleep with it also after washing it I found out it was cheap synthetic they took at least about $250 from me I asked for a refund after taking pictures and sending it to them ,all they did was refund me $10 and send me numerous emails about their sales I will never buy from them ever again! Scammers! scammers! my order # is 402938

If I could select zero stars, that would be my choice! This company misrepresents their wigs. The product does not resemble their online picture at all and is VERY poorly made. Wish I had read the tons of negative reviews about them before I purchased. They won’t accept returns either. Such a dishonest company altogether. There are much better companies out there who are trust worthy and not shipping shoddy goods from China- BEWARE!!!!

I have sent a number of e-mails and never heard from this company. The wig I bought wasn't the size I ordered and it didn't resemble the picture not even close. It was poorly made with a bunch on the left side. In my opinion the company is a scam. Lynda

DISGUISTED HOW WIGSBUY TREAT CUSTOMERS PAID $800.00 FOR 2 WIGS BOTH MADE 2RONG SIZE & COLOUR SENT THEM BACK CANNOT GET MY MOBEY REFUNDED OR CORRECT WIG OFFERED TO MAKE FOR ME. JUST KEEP EMAILING ME WITH NO RESULT OR ACTION TO MY EMAIL QUESTION WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL TOOK 4 months FOR 1st ORDER WITH LIES TOLD TO ME. THEY DO NOT STAND BY THEIR POLICY JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY REFUSE A REFUND WHEN WIGS SENT BACK. COULD NOT WEAR THEY WERE HUGE IN SIZE NO CARE TAKEN ON CUSTOM SIZE.

Although I was not happy with the wig I ordered....and posted a negative review on Trustppilot, I would like to post an update. Wigs Buy refunded the amount I paid, so I am thankful for their followup with me and their willingness to resolve the problem to my satisfaction.

Scam Alert.Do not purchase items from this WIGSBUY.I had to file a claim through Pay Pal.I just wanted to cancel my order because they claimed it takes 3 weeks to make the unique wig for me.Ha! Then they said they would only refund me 30% because they charge for labor!!SCAM SCAM SCAM!!
