1/24/19: Since my below review, I was contacts and told I would receive a $20 refund. 1/23/19:I ordered a "Natural dark brown wig" and received a synthetic light blonde/grey colored wig. I contacted CS and explaining my issues and this was the response I received:I have seen the pictures you sent. To be honest, there is no big color difference. But as the light,screen monitor, sometimes little color difference is inevitable. Is it possible, you keep the wig? we can offer $8 as discount for you. Or can we change the other color or the other items for you? As the wig was processed from raw material after you placed the order, so if you only return for refund, we need to revoke the free shipping beenfit and part of the labor cost, so the refund is $45. Is this for real?!? the fact that her computer screen sucked and she claimed she couldn't tell a big difference is BS. I sent multiple pics in sunlight with the picture of what I supposedly ordered. Difference was night and day. Then the options they gave me where I still would have to pay for manufacturing??? I immediately responded with even more pictures and said me paying for something that was clearly no what I ordered is unacceptable. That was 4 weeks ago. I never got a reply. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! THIS SITE IS A JOKE AND YOU WON'T GET WHAT YOU THINK YOU ARE ORDERING, THEN THEY WON'T REFUND YOUR MONEY.

Please don't buy from here. Wigs are cheap and look nothing like the picture. My wig is so cheap looking. Suppose to be petite and received regular size. Will contact Paypal for refund!

Ordered Jane Fonda wig it was so cheaply made and color was way off..no tags in it so could have been worn before. Returning sound like night mare..

Total nightmare of an experience. False advertising with items received not at all even a close representation of what's posted on website. Very cheap/poor quality product. Visible stitching. Stitched more like a garment. So when you wear the wig it's obvious that hair is held together by seams. Seams actually showing. Hair is dull and does not look like real hair. Customer service is non existent. Generic responses that most often do not address your issues. After a couple of emails they stop responding. No option to discuss issue with a live representative. I wasted almost $400 and lots of time. This business is unethical and a scam. Wish I'd read reviews before buying.

Do not buy from here, you do not get your item and you are not given a refund or offer of any solution. Worse service everrrrrrr.

If I could give them a Zero I would. The wig is nothing like what I ordered. It’s horrible and cheap. It’s a scam. Don’t buy from them.

0 stars!!!! What a scam!!!!!!!! I spent over $200 on micro ring extensions, not only did it take super long but the told me it was 100% human hair, LIES!!! they sent me nasty fake hair that shriveled and lost its color after 1 wash! I told them i want my money back and they werent even going to give me half back ,and i had to return the fake hair back to china which would of costed an arm and leg !!! Warning they are a scam!!!! Wigsbuy are HORRIBLE

I ordered one of the human hair wigs on 12.6.18. By 12.27.18, I had not received the product and emailed customer service to ask for an ETA. Within 24 hours, I received a response letting me know that supplies needed to create the wig were backordered and gave me the ootion of waiting a few more weeks or getting a complete refund. As I wanted the wig for a special occasion that next weekend, I chose the refund. From the other reviews I have read, I expected to have to fight for the money. Checked my credit card today and saw the entire refund had been credited. My only beef at this point was the lack of communication but when scrolling through my junk email file, I saw an email from wigsbuy.com from 2 weeks prior alerting me to the issue with the supplies. I gave 4 stars for communication and customer service, removing one star for not actually getting the product as ordered.
