I ordered a wig from this Company. It FINALLY arrived and looked absolutely nothing like what I had ordered. Totally different color, style, length etc. Patchy with hair missing. I had ordered straight hair and this was full of curls and no difference between front or back - I took it to my hairdresser to see what I was doing wrong and he fell about laughing. I strongly resembled a transvestite with a very problematic gender issue which, although a real issue, was not one I was in the mood for then or ever. This wouldn't have even been a possible at halloween. No comment from the company let alone refund. Don't buy a wig online unless you want crap and this company are king of crap.

I ordered a wig from this company but the one I rereceived looks like something one would wear for Halloween. It looks NOTHING like the advertisement. I will never buy from them again.

I am sooo confused by all the negative reviews! So a few weeks ago I got a bit carried away even though I was a bit broke after Christmas and spent some money on a wig. I didn’t really need one too badly but I’ve had some hormone imbalance issues and my hair is thin. I plump it a lot but never wear it down. After purchasing the wig I read the reviews and honestly it frightened me so much! I was thinking I’ve spent like a months worth of groceries and I’ll get ripped off. Not true at all. Customer service were really nice when I sent a test email to ensure the company is real. The wig arrived today very discreet packaging so no one at work knows what I’ve blown money on. Cute box that I can store the wig in, some clips, nets and a comb. The wig is good. I haven’t any experience wearing them so will need a while to style it and figure out the best way to style it. I think that if you are thinking of buying a wig from here to go for it. I’m not saying people are making up their bad reviews because maybe their orders got messed up. But I’ve had a great experience.

I saw a cute short wig advertised as human hair for $163.00. I recognized the picture af Freetress synthetic lace front SAMMI. You can get this wig under $25.00 everywhere. I have bought 3 in the recent past. two from Sam's beauty and one from black hair spray. Talk about a scam

the customer service of this company is very bad . After 3 weeks of no responses what so ever not by chat as by email i cancelled the order . Now they don,t want to pay me back . Be aware this company is not what it seems to be !!!

Fake wigs, nice commercials and pics but items quality is like wish or aliexpress, but 160 times more expensive! Dont buy there!

If I could only show you the Beautiful wig I thought I had ordered from wigsbuy compared to the roadkill they sent me. Even though they admitted in a email that this wig was a mistake the offered me $25 to get a hairdresser to fix their mistake. I paid over $100 for this garbage I was sent. Once this was purchased from PayPal, I complained to them. Wigsbuy, gave PayPal, an address in China to send this return. This return cost $53. Almost one year later checking to find out where this package was in China, because I can’t get my money back until they receive the return. It has been confirmed I sent the package to the correct address, yet Wigsbuy is saying they haven’t received the return and now Wigsbuy has asked me which address did I send the return they now tell me they have an address in the United States, I was never given an option where to send their return that cost me an extra $53. I don’t have my money refunded for their mistake,I don’t even have the roadkill Wigsbuy sent me. My sincere and advise is never order anything from a company that doesn’t send to you what you ordered, and then refuses to refund your money, after you follow their return instructions. I wish those of us who have been cheated by this company could communicate and see what we could do about such a dishonest company. If you don’t want to get ripped off DON’T BUY FROM WIGSBUY
