THIS Company sucks !!! Just as everyone else here has commented do not give these people your money when placing the order it will not tell you that you will not receive your product for at LEAST one month if at all !! THE ITEM RECEIVED LOOKS NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE WHICH IS SOLD EVEN AFTER SEVERAL EMAILS WITH PICTURES IS THEY REQUEST THEY ARE WILLING TO ONLY OFFER $10 CREDIT NO REFUND. The hair on this wig looks matted and has different types of hair sewn on to the cap ...some straight , some wavy ...and mostly matted at the roots !

I order a short wig for $125 look nothing like the picture. WigBuy use other people pictures to post on there website. Buyers be aware

I would give the wig I bought at Wigsbuy a 0 star but it won’t let me. I bought a wig that was supposedly $500 reduced to $140. When I received it a long time after the order, I realized why it took so long. It came from China. There is nothing on their site that would let you know this. Had I known this I would never had bought it. The wig is not the wig pictured. If it’s worth $500 then I have some beach property in Colorado to sell you. It’s not the color, not the style, not the length and has very little hair in the back. I was so disappointed and immediately wanted to return it. Well, customer service is a number in China. I tried their website, several times without success. I just don’t want anyone else to get ripped off. I worked hard for my money, and now I have to count it as a total lost. My first attempt at buying a wig and my last at least from this company. I’m led to believe the ratings on their site are not real and I’ll tell you why. They sent me something to rate it and both attempts were not allowed. Please go to a wig shop in your town so you know the exact quality of what you buy. If I saw this wig in Walmart I wouldn’t give them $20.

Wish I'd read reviews before i purchased. Just wasted £160 on pure rubbish. Contacted customer service and they asked for picture. Really!!. The pictures on website are misleading and they are not wigs they are models own hair. They have no intention of refunding. It would be costly to send back wig. LEARNT MY LESSON...DO NOT MAKE SAME MISTAKE...DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. Wigsbuy offered $50 refund which accepted, however they would only give it to me IF i remove this reveiw. I declined to do so. Their second attempt to refund me $50 if i upgrade this review to 4 star. SORRY WIGSBUY NO WAY I'M GOING TO BE BOUGHT. I RATHER COUNT MY LOSS. I have proof in forms of emails.

I placed my ordered on 1-25-19. Today 2-21-2019 I still have not received. Oh, by the way it was to be expedited. It is hard to get in touch with them. I did email the company waiting for a response. I hope that I do not get a genetic response. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered I wouldn't have placed a order. Lesson Learn!

Please do use this site my family member who is sick purchased a wig, the wig received wasn’t fit for purpose they will not refund after she sent it back and laughed at her...PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM UWIGS

I ordered 150.00 of products from this company and It has been almost a month and I have not received my order! I am beginning to think this company is a fruad! I will never order from this company again! This review does not even deserve 1 Star! There is know way to contact anyone from this company except by email that I never got an answer to!
