I wish I would have known, what I know now, about wigsbuy. i’m glad I didn’t spend any more money than I did. The company should be sued for how crooked they are and how much money they take from people.

Do not buy from this site. The hair is not human hair and if you return the wig they will only refund you 50% of what you paid! It’s a SCAM

I ordered a wig for an event. Three weeks after the event, the wig had still not arrived. They kept apologizing for the delay, then finally asked me if I still wanted the wig. Since the event was over by then, I said I didn't want it anymore. My refund was only 30% of what I payed. What a crock! I will never order from them again, and will tell all my friends how awful they are!

This company should be reported! I didn't receive a wig plus they stole almost $400. I spent days emailing them back and forth and they won't refund my money.

Terrible experience. It took a much longer time to receive than indicated. Then, it was heavily streaked, which was not in the description. Then, it was massively curled on the bottom which was not at all indicated in the picture. They claim to accept returns—however, it apparently is up to them to decide whether or not they will accept. They are impossible to work with, overpriced, and do not supply what is advertised. You will lose your money if you buy from them.

What do you expect? Their photos are not of wigs but of hairstyles ripped from around the internet Its a scam.

just like all the others I too got duped into paying for expedited shipping based on the information under shipping times. Expedited shipping is supposed to be with 3-5 business days. Payment was processed o 3/7 and is still being processed. When I emailed them I had NINA say that processing time is 7-14 days and shipping time is additional 5-10 days ( NOT what they have under shipping times for the US with expedited shipping!!!) Expected delivery date is not until APRIL!!! So much for paying for expedited delivery. Im going to look into reporting them.
