I wish I read what the other 1000 of people said about this company! I did NOT receive the right color nor was the hair like anything I saw or pictured online! I've emailed several times to get my refund, but they don't even have the audacity to respond! It clearly states on the return policy you must speak with someone from Customer Service prior to sending the purchase back...I did that and it's as if the company don't even exist! Never EVER buy anything from this non-existing place!!!!!!!!

Never buy anything from this company. I recently received my package and upon opening the box and removing the hairnet I notice this wig looks nothing like the product description or image. I am well aware of the small disclaimer on their website that list that product isn't 1 to 1, but this is like a completely different wig and style. Here are some examples to name a few, the hair color (I asked for same as the image, it's not at all, the wig I received was more 1b while the image was closer to 2 or natural ), the hair texture is super tight curls, but the example image and description describe "loose kinky soft curl", the cut and length which is my biggest complaint, Foremost the cut is more like afro while the image is of a blunt bob, and length is all wrong (the description and image looked and described 14in and what I received was 10 inches at best when stretched). I know this product was on back order but it seems like you guys just picked a wig and went with it hoping I wouldn't notice. This is the second time I've bought a wig from Wigsbuy with the exact same problem with a different wig and though I let it go the first time I can not make the second mistake again. And did they do anything about it? Ha nope.

I wish I had read these review earlier. I am going to contact BBB. This company should be shut down. I ordered a wig it took 3 or 4 weeks to come. The wig is NOTHING like the wig I ordered. Will not give me a full refund . I accepted the $15 applied back on my card because I was afraid if I returned the wig I would not get any money back..The WORST company I have dealt with

Do not, repeat do not order from this company. I ordered 6 wigs and they did indeed ship 6 wigs but none of the ones I ordered. They sent 3 of one kind, and the colors were not as ordered. When I filed a return form online, there was no answer. I emailed and received a response that I would receive $161 of my $325 purchase. However, they did not provide the US address to which I was return the wigs. I have emailed to no avail. I ordered in good faith, but this is a scam organization that is out to rip you off.

The natural hair wig that I bought for my mother looked nothing like the image! I attempted to contact and resolve an exchange 3 times and was ignored completely by their non-existent customer service! If you’re considering a purchase, don’t do it!

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY GO UNDER DIFFERENT NAMES ON THE INTERNET. THE PICTURE OF THE WIGS LOOK VERY BEAUTIFUL, BUT THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT DELIVER. PUT THEM OUT OF BUSINESS

Purchased a pale blonde wig on 3/19/19 and received a red/brown wig. I have been trying to connect with this company for a week . They asked me to take a pic so I did of my hair color and the wig color and nothing. I have to say it is a beautiful wig just 20 shades too dark for me. I Looked on the American Cancer Society's page and they accept slightly used wigs for children and adults, so I will just donate mine and will never work with this company again. Charged for something I never received try to get ahold of them I don't know if it's Jamaica or China but I'm calling my credit card and don't order from wigsbuy.com
