I lost my hair during chemotherapy and ordered 2 wigs from this company, they were absolutely nothing like the photos they advertise. They are unwearably fake and cheap looking. I complained and sent photos to them, they offered a derisory amount refund if I returned the wigs to them, the postage was just about the refund offered. Seriously don’t trust this company or the positive feedback!

Rip off! I paid $165.00 to have my wig shipped in 2-3 days. Three weeks later I receive a notice that it’s on its way-too late. I needed it for an important event that has already passed. I will contact their customer service but from the other reviews, I’m not expecting a favorable outcome. I don’t know if I can file a class action lawsuit to help all of us. If I can, I will write back on this site.

Ordered three wigs. Wanted to return them and cannot get any kind of response from this company. Horrible! Apparently have just lost 160.00!

Horrible. Wish I could give it negative stars. Return policy is not good. You either get a fraction of your money refunded and keep it ($10 of the $40 I spent), get $18 back and have to ship it back on your dime (again I spent $40), or they give you 10% off another wig (meaning you still keep the crap one you were sent and paid for) - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Shipping took weeks too.

The reviews are true, my experience is similar or the same the company is fraudulent with how they advertise a product and when you receive it, look not even close to the product you ordered. It is a hassle trying to get your refund. Please do not order,you will be sorry. Wendy Montgomery

This was for my wedding!!!!!! Scam right enough straight to bin £45 down drain. Please do not buy from this company total scam wished i red the reviews before purchasing this thing!!!! OK, This company is not the regular normal online store. They are liar and they don't have any coustomer service system. They never reply to their customers. Their wigs are never the same or even similar from their images. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANY WIGS FROM THIS SCAMMER!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They will claim that you can return within a week of receiving your order, yet they won't respond to your message about returning your order! You have to email them first to get the instructions about returning, and if they don't respond then you're stuck with what you have. Which is where I'm at. They sent me the wrong wigs, length and color, AND I paid them for 3-5 day shipping and it arrived 2 weeks later....
