i received wrong style. Not human hair!!! it has knots in it. NEVER buying a wig from this company again. Who are they trying to fool? I REALLY REGRET MY PURCHASE!!!

I just receive what was suppose to be this wig that i purchase and it did not look anything like the picture it was suppose to have curls was no curls the hair was straight and it was not a full lace wig i'm was very disappointed with this company I will not be buying anything else from this company

They don’t even deserve 1 star,, I’m totally disgusted by this company, I received the wrong wig !!! And they refunded only a quarter of what I paid!!!!! Surely it’s not legal.... DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !!!!!

Well they deserve a 0 star.i paid 76.00 it is the worst craftsmanship i have ever seen.you can see the part sewed into the top and it's sewed with a zigzag . I emailed them immediatly for a return for my money back.i contacted paypal ,but it goes to an address in china . And without confirmation they received paypal denied me a refund .Well you can't get a confirmation signature .from the USA to China because of the border.so I got no money back after mailing them the wig back it cost me 23.00 to mail back . This company is the worst they sent me 0 refund . Don't buy from them I can't afford to throw away money . It would be better to buy a Halloween wig . Same workmanship.

ZERO STARS... THEY HAVE BEEN SCAMMING FOR YEARS!!!! REGARDLESS HOW OR WHEN YOU PAID..... 1). Contact your credit card company and dispute this company is a fraud. 2). If you paid via paypal, contact them and file a report this company is a fraud. 3). Contact the BBB and file a complaint this company is a fraud and ripping off thousand of dollars per day. 4). Keep all emails to/from so you have documentation. Do not throw out the garbage they sent you. Keep all , box, mailing, wig, packaging together in plastic bag. Take photos of everything. I already filed a report with PAYPAL. Hopefully, a class action suit will be filed to take these scammers out of scamming business.

I ordered a short, layered wig and instead received a very long curly wig. My first two emails about the problem were unanswered. I then left a bad review for their site that they responded to. (I am sure my review will never be posted!). They asked for pictures, a copy of the packing receipt and other information. After sending them all this information, they responded by saying that because the wigs are handmade, they can vary slightly! Wigsbuy is an unethical company. Do not buy from them.

This company sucks. My wife ordered a wig in medium blonde & received one that was a light pink. Nothing even close to what is portrayed on the website. We tried to dispute the order and exchange the wig - not return it, not ask for our money back - just exchange it for a wig that resembles medium blonde. The company never responded to her first two attempts to dispute the order. Today, after waiting 5 days, she tried again & got a pop up window saying that the order cannot be disputed. We tried to chat with someone online and they closed the window on us. Looking into this company, it is actually based out of Poland, so there is not customer service number to call here in the U.S. If you want to call their office, you have to call Poland. Do not give this company your business - this is terrible, terrible customer service.

I ordered 2 wigs they came in the wrong color and were horribly matted I contacted the company immediately they admitted they had a problem with the vendor and the color is wrong. I asked them to resend or refund and they ignored me. I wrote 5 times now and no response. So I called my bank and they are going to pull the money back. Horrible Horrible company do not order from them.
