Wish I had read these reviews before throwing away so much money! The colour of the wig was a joke! In the garbage..they could not even provide a correct address to return, not that I would trust them to admit receiving..this was the biggest ripoff I've ever had in buying any sort of beauty products! They should be banned from selling online ! Hefty learning lesson.$80 U.S. plus shipping and customs charge..sigh..

FRAUD. RUN. DONT BUY. I WOULD ALSO LEAVE A ZERO IF I COULD. TOTALLY MISLEADING. NON OF THE WIGS LOOK ANYTHING LIKE THE PICTURES. YOU COULD ORDER A BLACK WIG, ANY TYPE, AND RECEIVE A RED WIG AND THEY WONT EVEN TAKE IT BACK OR EXCHANGE. OVER $100 to send back. REPUBLIC OF CHINA. MOST LIKELY CHILD LABOR. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Their wings look very nice online so I spent 81.00 and received the ugliest wig I ever saw...there was no way of straightening it out by brushing...UGLY!!! Did not look anything like what I ordered..I wanted to return for a refund...they offered me a fraction of my money back and that I would have to pay the return postage...I figured that just may leave me with a $10 dollar refund....but they also offered to send me $10 to restyle it...I told them maybe in China but not in u.s.a. will anyone restyle it for such little money...they then provided me with a California address to return the wig to...however, if I have to pay to return it...then how am I sure that they will send me any money back...I ckant even donate this wig it looks so bad it would be shsmeful....I have purchased wings locally for $20 which looked 100 percent better than the one they sent me...They are DEFRAUDING THE CONSUMERS....DONT brother buying anything from this place...I b.vwont ever again...

If I could give them a -5 rating I would. They are a rip off. I ordered a wig. They sent me a mop. I am reporting them to the better business bureau. They have no physical location in the US. They are in China

I would give 0 if I could. Very misleading products on website. I tried to give a direct review on website but would not allow. Be careful using this site. Name on receipt TIDEBUY not WIGSBUY .

I ordered one wig and was charged and received 2. Neither wig fit. I cannot get ahold of anyone and when I try to dispute online, it says the item cannot be disputed. This place is in China and does not send you what you ordered. DO Not ORDER FROM HERE!

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NEVER BUY FROM THIS PLACE EVER!!!!! THEY LIE STRAIGHT TO YOUR FACE. I got a defected product and their refund policy says you'll get a full refund. NEVER GOT A FULL REFUND!!!!! I told them so many times and sent them proof of their own refund policy and they said no that I'm getting a full refund. I payed 103.13 for a wig that never look like the photo. Looked completely different. They gave me the wrong return address and now they wont give me any money back. SAVE YOUR MONEY FOR A TRUSTWORTHY PLACE!!!

HAD to provide a star to place review. Item delivered was NOT as ordered and NONE of my emails were answered. Phone number for customer service is also a non working number. I feel sick that the trauma of loosing my hair goes along with being taken for so much money as well. I plan on reporting to my bank as well as the better buisness bureau. HORRIBLE!!! stay away!!
