wigsbuy.comReviews of wigsbuy.com

I finally received my order from wigsbuy. I am so disappointed, the wig is not what the picture looked like, the color is not right, if I wanted to look like a clown I would have gone to a costume store. Wigsbuy should be ashamed to even advertise to consumers such bad quality. For $184.14 I expected exactly the wig I saw in the picture. WHAT IS THIS?????

This company is a sham. They look like they will be great but it is just another sham. I ordered one synthetic wig that was just the worst ever it was 51.00 not too much but it was the worst wig I've ever seen. At the same time I ordered a human hair wig that was 225.00 I have yet to see it but from what I already know about them and what everyone else said about them. I will loose that money too. If the company is overseas forget it. I will never do that again I've lost too much money.... we need to find a way to sue them. They need to change the name to cheaters and lies, we will give you crap and laugh in your face.

Horrible everything! I have no option but to chock up the experience as stupidity on my part for not checking the company before I purchased. Bottom line it is so costly to return the wig and they only offer about a refund of about 25% of the cost....I will keep it an donate it to a cancer patient.

I reported to better business bureau...sent an email to them asking where my wig was i ordered a month prior and it was still in the preparing section...she said i didnt order from them... so i sent a photo of my order on their website and they continue to say it wasn't them...wish I could send a photo here to show you how it IS the wigsbuy site with my order preparing still and them denying I ever ordered from them

Terrible, nasty company to deal with. They sent me a defective wig. Forget customer service. None! Wanted ME to pay to send it back to CHINA, with a tracking code which was going to be terribly expensive. You will need a wig after you pull out all of your own hair ...don't buy!

The wig from this company nearly killed me. Ordered it in Feb 2019 after chemo. Took 6 weeks to get here. It was a terrible wig. The style was nothing like the pic, it was far too big but conveniently for them had no size on the inside. The colour was like Goldilocks, yuk, and the wig smelled weird. I immediately sent it back to the address on the package. Wigsbuy refused to accept it because that address was their warehouse in another town. This wig cost Aus$232 plus $25 postage. They would NOT get it from their warehouse! End of story except "No understand" in answer to emails. Aust Post got onto it. They were amazing and they arranged for the thing to come back, but this tight-arsed Wigsbuy would only send it by sea. 2 months it took. Instead of having to deal with these crooks again I took it to my hairdresser to try and salvage a terrible experience. BIG mistake. For $70 he feathered and textured it and the fibres were everywhere. I breathed so much into my lungs that I was so ill and hospitalised 5 days later for a week. I did nearly die from "an unknown and very strange virus". I knew it could only be the wig. God knows what it was made of. Everyone who came into my room had to wear Hazmat protective gear. If I knew how to sue this Wigsbuy I would. I still have the thing in a zip lock bag in case I want to get it tested in a lab. I am so very angry. Do not deal with these people, ever. They are cheats and liars and will do anything for money.

I join all the others who have been disappointed by this company. They are horrible to deal with, the company is in China, which makes it difficult to deal with. The wig was not as ordered. The color was not as ordered. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

This company is not even worth 1 star! I normally check for reviews on a company before I order anything from them, only God knows why I didn't this time. How I wish I had!!! I ordered a wig on August 2nd, it came August 25th! The wig is a downright shoddy attempt at copying the wig I ordered from their advertising. The colors look like they were painted on by a 3rd grader, and the stitching is just as bad. I wouldn't have paid $5 for this wig in a Halloween costume shop. After sending an email to their customer "support", along with pictures, saying I wasn't happy and wanted my money refunded, I was told that the color in the wig was very "close" to the color requested and they could offer me $10. They also offered a new wig instead of refunding me my money. I wouldn't be interested in anything else from this company if they paid ME to take it! They have not responded to my second email demanding a full and immediate refund. They also make the customer pay the shipping to return their crappy product. DON'T BUY FROM WIGSBUY!!
