SCAM SCAM SCAM. I ordered a blond straight wig. I received a BLACK CURLY WIG. I requested my money back or the correct wig...they offered me $3.99 back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

wigsbuy.com is SCAM !! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE ! I ORDERED A WIG AND IT CAME TODAY 8.22.2019 AND IT IS NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE OF THE WIG THAT I HAD ORDERED. THIS COMPANY IS DOWNRIGHT SCAM ARTISTS. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. SCAM COMPANY

WHY DO I HAVE TO GIVE A STAR TRUST PILOT SHOULD DO A ( -⭐️) option for us to emphasise the point one ⭐️ is one too many!! I ordered a wig on 02/08/19 still has not come. I put in the DHL Tracking number, NO SUCH NUMBER EXISTS !!!!! Then they sent me a message by email in the middle of the morning as in 02:09am & 18 days later... saying my package is at my local Post Office, bearing in mind, no DHL card had been put through my door, and also someone is always here.. so no attempt could have been made to deliver this imaginary wig- a bit like the Emperor's New Clothes- They would know what local Post Office, but could not provide a name for said Post Office, they also have customers telephone numbers so why not contact if a problem with delivery, or why take telephone numbers?? Order was meant to arrive in 7-10 days this email came 18 days after ordering. My Nokia 5 phone although cheap, always alerts me to spam calls and websites so when I checked my emails on it..... it had an alert over the email. that said the website was definitely not a legitimate site SPAM. Google need to stop allowing their ads and check legitimacy of companies, be more vigilant to protect all who use their search engine. I also have a feeling, they send out the odd order one in 10 or so to keep people off the scent - are they legitimate, aren't they legitimate??-

I purchased a wig on 8-8-19. I just went to track it. My acount says the order was cancelled in July. There is no record of my transaction their site. I am confident that my bank will get a refund for me but I do not like having these types of individuals having access to my debit card. I will definitely be cancelling the card. I should have read the reviews first. Why are they still in business. It is a scam for sure.

BEWARE!!! This company is not legit. I ordered 2 wigs and they were HORRIBLE. They were not as pictured. They arrived smelling like chemicals, orange in color, zero part and looking like road kill. The company will not accept them for a return and even admitted they are not as pictured and that there is a problem with them. They offered me $20 off! I paid $220. There is no phone number and the wigs are all made in China. Awful company. I will be going through my credit card company to get my money back. Very frustrating and disappointing company.

I wish I could do less than one star. The wigs looks NOTHING like the picture. I emailed to ask how to return it and 5 days later no one has replied to my email. Save your money DONT by from these scammers...buy from someone more interested in doing business the right way. Stay away

Ordered and paid for 10 days delivery ! Had to chase and arrived about 2 months late, appalling service. When we actual receive it, it was nothing like the picture, not human hair as described. As we are in the UK not worth returning as will cost more than the wig and not guaranteed the refund. Avoid this company

Buyer beware! Horrendous company. They do not even abide by their return policy. I tried to return after receiving a wig that looks nothing like it does online and they claim to need to deduct approx $50 from the cost for international shipping costs. However it was shipped from California to me in NJ and and the return shipping address is California. It was not sent to me via any international shipping method. To get my $ back I have had to open a chargeback with my credit card company. They are a fraudulent online business. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
