Do not order from this company. I ordered a wig from them on Jan 9, 2020, expedited shipping. It cost me $148.77 in all. It is now Feb 20, 2020. The wig has not yet arrived. I have disputed the order multiple times. The first, they contacted telling me they were out of town for a week, and then later followed with a form response saying it can take up to 12 business days to deliver. 12 business days have passed. The second time, I demanded either the wig or my money back. They have not responded at all. That second time was a week ago. I still await a response, although I assume by now one isn't coming. I reiterate, do not order anything from this company.

I wrote here 3 days ago, and I’ve seen one lady write a few hours ago. I have the same concerns where it’s coming from. I have started a dispute, and even Visa said there’s something odd there when telling her my story. Oddly enough, the same day I had a review come from this company, asking about their services....what a joke. I of course put very dissatisfied. Since that first review, I have had 2 emails, saying still... a shipment delay. Today I had that one has shipped. When I checked wigsbuy....lol it says partially shipped??? What?.. am I getting half a wig lol?? The other order I have, another email about shipment delay today. And on the email they offer a measly 8% off your next order. The shipment service does show China. I’m waiting still 3 months later from another Chinese company, what a mistake....it shows it still in plane mode a month later. You still can’t track it. This company is using the same one...”17TRACK”. I’m wondering, due to the virus outbreak, did they lose employees and thus the reason for all these delay? I feel sorry for the country, but I’d be afraid to even open the package.

I have very poor experiences with this WIGSBUY company. Firstly, why are these companies not stating that a) they are NOT in the U S.? And, b) why are they not stating that your product will arrive in several months, so with an addendum, to "back out now before paying"? Their customer service ranges from "Poor" to "Non-existent". Now I am afraid to even receive it with all the recent media trauma and diseases. I will dispute now with my bank. What an awful business, when we can receive orders normally within a week. My order, I needed for an interview 2 months ago. I am still waiting, and the Staus shows "Preparing"

Do not order hair products from this company. If you you risk months of waiting to receive it only to receive totally wrong style and color. They do not answer their phones. Only get email refusing to accept product. They do not want to refund your money. I ordered Brown with Copper highlights. They sent Blonde with gray highlights. And called this a slight color differentiation. Totally ridiculous. They had ads everywhere specifically targeting African American women. Yet totally not taking complaint seriously. Buy elsewhere or you will be sorry! Terrible experience!!

I purchased 2 wigs from this company, I liked both but I also ordered two pair of earrings and two hanging wig mounts. I never received the wig mounts or earrings. I believe the mounts cost 25$ and the earrings were 15$, yeah, around $40...they’ve gotten away with owing me. On top of that they’ve blocked my email so I could not reply after sending me several emails claiming that my items were delayed in the shipping process but in the meantime here’s 10% off, on your next order. I should be more careful and check out reviews first. Especially when it’s advertised on Facebook. You live and you learn. DO NOT ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

This company is disgraceful. They took my money and didn't send me an order acknowledgement email. I have tried contacting them on so many occasions, through messenger, calling, email and they just ask for an order number. I told them they didn't even send me an email after I paid so I don't have one and they have now stopped replying altogether. I have reported them to my bank in hopes of a refund. Please stay away from this company and let's get them shut down

So today is February 13, 2020. I ordered 2 wigs last week on February 5th. My order status says ‘preparing’ it’s said that since I placed the order. I even paid for expedited shipping! I’ve sent 3 emails to them and their website says they respond within 24 hours. Well, my last email says that if I’m not contacted by tomorrow I’m disputing the charges and canceling the order. Of course THEN I looked up reviews on the company... OH MY GOD. The reviews I read made my stomach sick. It seems everyone has has a problem with this company! All the same problems, no responses, ridiculously long waits for shipping, poor quality of wigs. I used PayPal, so hopefully the good folks of PayPal will see the long list of people who have had problems and my claim will be in my favor. Of course Wigsbuy has no problem sending me emails about their deals and multiple emails per day! But God forbid they respond to a customer who spent $215 on their product. I’m very disappointed, I wanted to have them delivered before Valentine’s Day, so I would feel pretty with hair when my husband takes me out, but I guess I’ll just have to be stared at and pitied without hair. Shame on Wigsbuy. Scamming people who are in need of hair, and not just for fashion reasons.
