Oh No! Wish I would have researched the company before ordering. Was a little suspicious when all pics of wigs were of movie stars hair. Then when I saw a pic of the Ellen Willi 'Turn' wig at only $80 did the warning bells go off. No option to cancel order even though they say they offer that option. Called my c/c company but they said they couldn't reverse the charge, unless I don't receive the item in a timely manner. So will have to wait it out! Will definitely contact FTC and BBB if these goes south. :(

Been waiting over a month for 2 wigs. My order is in "processing" and has been since I ordered. Sent 3 emails, one cancellation. They offered me a 8% discount on another wig!!! Why would I buy another wig from them when I can't get the two I ordered . Horrible experience.I will have to file a dispute through PayPal.

This website is one of the worst experiences I had in regards of communications. I did a purchase. Got no confirmation, but used paypal, the transaction went thru, I thought it would be only time for them to process, etc. 2 weeks later, no confirmation, nothing. Trying to contact them any communication takes more than 2 days for them to read it (using Facebook messenger). They insisted no payment was done, regardless the amount of evidences. Thankfully PayPal assumed the case, tried to contact them, no response, and reimbursed me with no further due. WigsBuy = WigsBYE...
