I should have read the reviews. My wig is Nothing like the wig I ordered. It's Horrible! Made crooked and cut like a blind person did it. I want my money back after waiting 2 Months for this disgusting thing.

WARNING: DO NOT PLACE ANY ORDER WITH WIGSBUY, THEY ARE SCAMMERS. AND FRAUD. I still have not received my refund from Wigsbuy. As of today 03/10/2020 I keep writing to them since early February to cancel my order and credit my account and they have ignored my request. I checked my account again today and the order status still says “ preparing” since early February. And my account hasn’t been credited. I won’t give up till I get my money from them. I found out that they are doing business as/ AKA when I did some research and wrote a complaint to BBB. Please see below for their US address (hopefully this is not a bogus address like their phone number and address in China?!) the CSR number which Wigsbuy provides on their website is non existent and doesn’t work. I gave them a one because a zero wasn't a choice. I ordered a wig on 2/1/20 for my high school reunion on 3/14/20 thinking that was plenty of time. Around the 28th of February I started inquiring as to why I had not even received a shipping notice. Each time I received a generic reply. Finally a few days ago I sent a request that wigsbuy cancel my order and credit my card the amount. Two days later I received an email stating that my wig had been shipped "rush". It arrived yesterday (3/9) and the wig I received vs the wig I ordered was two completely different things. I ordered one of the Meg Ryan wigs and the wig I received looked nothing like it. Cheap made and you can see where the hair is sewn in. TOTALLY disappointed but I'm not even going to try to get a refund because I know it would be such a mess that I don't even want to deal with it. Just cut my losses and learn a lesson from this one. PLEASE don't even bother. Oh, and on top of that wigsbuy wasn’t even the company that shipped the wig?? Some name I had never heard of!

I ordered from this company they happily took my money via Paypal and I have not received the order, tried to contact the company on many occasions via email and I keep getting an automated email asking the same questions which I have already answered, the contact number is not working. Tried to open a dispute but it wouldn't let me. Have gone to Paypal to try and get my money back.

Do not Buy from this Company!! It is a Scam fake phone number, No customer service. There wigs look nothing like the Pictures!! Contacting Better Business.

Honestly deserves negative stars. Ordered, went to cancel a few hours later and they “can’t find my order” funny. They told me their phone number isn’t working. I am currently disputing with PayPal. RUN!!!!!

Another victim here. I received a horrible wig 2 months after ordering. Drab/dull washed out color, dry and brittle hair from being over processed. It was a gross wig. $150. It was like it started out as black hair and was then bleached and over processed to become dull dishwater dry out blond brittle straw. If you return it, they will keep 30% of cost plus original & return S&H cost (about $85 in my case). Not to mention, now an overseas company has your address and contact information and can set up accounts using your information and write fake reviews (this happened to me by a company in China so I know it happens).

Ordered 2 wigs 2 months ago. Never got them. My order number no longer shows in Wigsbuy system, now, no record of it. It just disappeared. No answers to my emails. No one answers the customer service line. No one on the Live Chat line. What a fool I was! PLEASE, do not order from this company...
