I received a wig that the back looks like a skunk. Dark brown with a large platinum streak down the back. It is ringlets curly instead of wavy. The color is to be a blended ash brown and platinum. I have sent in email 2× and I receive no answer. Their return policy says there is a return card in package. There is no return card. They say on email to add pictures but all my pictures they say are too large to load. I cant wear a skunk wig anywhere. The tel number they list is overseas and I dont have overseas on my cell phone.

Ich habe eine Perücke bei Wigsbuy bestellt und habe sie heute erhalten. Ich musste noch 49€ Zollgebühr bezahlen. Ich packte sie aus und mich traf es wie ein Schlag.Die Perücke hatte nicht mal Ansatzweise Ähnlichkeit mit dem was ich bestellt hatte. Und sie ist sehr dünn man kann die Kopfhaut eben Alles durchsehen. Ich hoffe es lesen noch andere hier. Geht in ein guten Straßengeschäft, man bezahlt vielleicht mehr aber da hat man was richtiges. Oder eine Kunstperücke bei Amazon, die sieht alle male besser aus. Schade um das Geld insgesamt 200€. Ich habe gleich versucht eine E-Mail zu schicken. Aber ich komme nicht mal rein. Selbst über Passwort vergessen geht es nicht. Dabei weiß ich mein Passwort genau, ich habe es aufgeschrieben. So ist mein Geburtstagsgeschenk dahin und ich gehe jetzt wieder mit meiner Amazon Perücke. Also lasst es Euch eine Warnung sein sonst bezahlt Ihr auch Euer Lehrgeld. Madleen

I was just about to contact PayPal to despute my wig order as I had not received a confirming purchase order or an email reply. I assumed that with the Covid 19 virus that the wig would be delayed, perhaps not shipped at all. The next day DHL left a package and it was my wig. I ordered a Jacklyn Smith style and it was perfect. The quality, fit, style and color were represented well

I am only giving this company 1 star because there is not an option for a lower rating. If you are considering ordering from Wigsby, please read all the bad reviews because they are spot on. I ordered over $300.00 of merchandise, my credit card was charged immediately, but took over a month to get the order. When i did finally get the wigs, they are horrible in no way wearable. No response to my e-mails from their customer service to return the merchandise. UPDATE 4/2020:Contacted my credit card company and i was very fortunate to get my money refunded.

Another person that was scammed.. I ordered what was called the "surfer wig" it look gorgeous on the site ..the color was a beautiful butter blonde and it has subtle waves ..reapply pretty ..what I finally received from China!! Was a super curly GREY colored wig ..I mean grandma grey color.. just horrendous looking ..tried yo contact the but of course not response.. they take no responsibility.. the wigs are obviously not what they advertise..they do seem to use photos of real people with real hair. And send wigs that total do not eve resemble their fake photos. Shame on them ..who ever allows companies that get this mb any bad reviews to continue to advertise should be held accountable for continuing to enable people to be scammed.

Wigsbuy advertising is completely fraudulent. They advertise trendy styled wigs. First it took 2 months to get. I ordered a short stylish Bob. What I received was a long straight wig of average quality hair, that I would never wear. Color was also off. Upon complaining I was offered $22 for a wig that cost $119. On their website only good reviews, which obviously are not real. I tried to respond to review on their site but could not post. Wish I had seen this site then. DO NOT BUY!!!

I feel stupid seeing these reviews and having fallen for this fraudulent company's trap. I've had exactly the same experience. I should have read the reviews!! Do not buy anything from this company. I ordered the product after seeing an advert for a huge discount. They appeared as a USA company but it turned out it was a Chinese company. There's no company address or any other legal details. Once I placed the order, they didn't send any delivery updates or any other communication for a month. I kept emailing, asking on live chat, asking via their website contact form. A month later, they finally sent a reply saying they will ship the item and that I should be patient. When I received the goods, I was shocked by the quality. It was like a children's costume wig. It didn't fit on my head. The size was wrong. And it was very very bad quality. You would never wear that out in public! The instructions said I should contact them for a return address so I contacted them on live chat and said it's too small and would like to return it. They demanded pictures and told me they won't give me a return address unless they see photos. I told them it's too small and I won't send my photo wearing a wig to them! When I kept insisting for returns, the agent disappeared during the live chat and put me on hold, waiting in the queue. It kept saying I have 4 mins to wait but no one ever came back to the live chat. I kept checking and it said live chat is no longer available. In the meantime, they send daily spam emails with their new offers and sales. The unsubscribe link is broken and there's no way to stop the emails. When I try to login on their website, it doesn't recognise my email address (which they sent the order confirmation to), and it won't send me any info when I use the forgot password link. I have raised a complaint with Paypal, hopefully will get my money back one day. Correction - Don't count on Paypal. they swiftly moved out ofmy complaint, saying payment protection does not apply to this purchase. They didn't give any other explanation. Next stop - paypal reviews!

I wish I read the reviews before purchasing. My order was wrong, they asked for me to send photos before I'd get a refund. I did everything they asked and NEVER got a refund. Oh they did send me another wig, but it still wasn't what I ordered. This is a HORRIBLE company DONT do business with them EVER. Spread the word!
