Can i give less than one star - the wig took over 3 months to arrive - it is the wrong colur, the wrong length - BEWARE - the pictures on the website do not in any way reflect what you will get - steer well clear.

I ordered wig that was supposed to be #1b with blond highlights. What I received was the opposite. A blond wig with some black. I immediately contacted company and phone doesn’t work. After emailing them they never admitted it was their mistake and suggested that I keep wig and they would give me $50. I was not happy so please don’t order from this company or be prepared to keep whatever errors are made bc to return to China is almost impossible. I still have not received my $50 and the wig is not a good quality wig and worth the money I paid. Lesson learned,

Wigsbuy acts as a front for various other online stores (famefancy, chicyoins) i.e. when you buy a garment from famefancy the entity charging you for that purchase appears as wigsbuy. Do not make the same mistake I did. Avoid them. The products they ship are nothing like the pictures on the webpage.

Their login does not work nor does the password reset or chat and to return you must log in to their site so you are stuck and taken for what I paid for a very poor quality product that looks nothing like the picture. Stay away from these guys.

Do not ever send money to this “company”. In July I paid $194 for what was supposed to be a human hair wig. It was nothing like it was advertised and was a cheap synthetic wig. A piece of seaweed on my head wouldn’t looked 100% better and that’s no exaggeration. I’ve been waiting FIVE MONTHS for a refund and have sent 19 emails but keep getting blown off. It’s a total scam and they’ll never refund your money. $194 is a lot of money to lose.

They kept delaying shipment so I cancelled. After 6 moths of no refund I finally got them to refund half of my $200. They stole $100 from me.

Do not buy from this company! I ordered a few clip-ins thinking it would be a simple online purchase. It was the total opposite! 1. I noticed I didn’t get a shipping confirmation in after two weeks. 2. I e-mailed them to see why it was taking so long. 3. They told me it would take 30 days to get here. 4. I still haven’t gotten my $67 back 5. I literally could have went to a hair shop, bought everything I needed, and made the clip-ins myself in one day 🤦🏼‍♀️

Very happy with this wig. I've received many compliments on my "hair". People had no idea it was a wig! Little to no shedding. Comb included with wig works perfectly. Wigsbuy website includes instructions to measure for proper size wig - follow the instructions. Average size is perfect for my head! Chose hair color #8 - ash brown. Matches my regular hair color to a tee! Will be ordering more wigs to make chemotherapy and the whole process as fun as possible!
